As a Staff Attorney on the Legal team, a typical day for you will include:</div><ul><li><div>
Performing a wide range of legal support for Neighborly brands, departments, and corporate locations.</div></li><li><div>
Gaining hands-on legal experience in areas including franchise law, intellectual property, contracts, employment law, and litigation.</div></li><li><div>
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.</div></li><li><div>
Supporting corporate governance activities, monitoring changes in relevant laws, and performing legal research and writing.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Experience:</div><ul><li><div>
Open to new graduates. This position is designed for a recent law school graduate looking to gain experience and grow with the company.</div></li></ul></li><li><div>
Skills:</div><ul><li><div>
Strong analytical skills with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.</div></li><li><div>
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</div></li><li><div>
High computer literacy, including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.</div></li><li><div>
A sense of humor.</div></li></ul></li><li><div>
Education: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required.</div></li><li><div>
Schedule / in-office requirements:</div><ul><li><div>
Hybrid working model, currently: Monday-Wednesday in the office, Thursday/Friday from home.</div></li><li><div>
Your office will be located at 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, TX</div></li></ul></li></ul><div></div><div>
