As a Category Manager &ndash; Indirect Procurement on the ProTradeNet team, a typical day for you will include:</div><ul><li><div>
Develop and execute category strategies across key indirect spend areas including: Financial Operations, Business Services, and Technology.</div></li><li><div>
Identify and negotiate cost savings, rebates, and volume-based programs that maximize value across all Neighborly brands.</div></li><li><div>
Build and maintain vendor relationships that deliver scalable, high-quality solutions suited to the needs of small businesses.</div></li><li><div>
Manage supplier performance, contract renewals, pricing audits, and compliance.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure vendor programs meet compliance, security, and integration standards.</div></li><li><div>
Leverage spend analytics, benchmarking, and market insights to continuously improve supplier strategies and outcomes.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

(Required qualifications)</i></div><ul><li><div>
Experience:</div><ul><li><div>
5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or vendor relations, preferably with indirect spend categories.</div></li><li><div>
Experience working with accounting, payroll, HR, and technology vendors.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated success in managing vendor negotiations and driving measurable cost reductions.</div></li></ul></li><li><div>
Skills:</div></li><li><div>
Strong understanding of small business operations, financial management, and cost control.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills.</div></li><li><div>
Analytical and data-driven with the ability to interpret financial and operational metrics.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related analytics or procurement tools.</div></li><li><div>
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.</div></li><li><div>
Willingness to travel up to 10&ndash;15% for vendor meetings, franchise events, and training sessions.</div></li><li><div>
Education:</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.</div></li></ul></li><li><div>

As a Category Manager - Fleet &amp; Directs on the PTN team, a typical day for you will include:</div><ul><li><div>
Strategic Sourcing &amp; Category Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive Fleet Category Strategy that leverages Neighborly&rsquo;s total network volume. Lead supplier selection, RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution for fleet vehicles, leasing partners, maintenance providers, and related vendors. Identify cost savings, rebate, and operational efficiency opportunities.</div></li><li><div>
Program Development: Develop standardized vehicle specifications and upfitting guidelines by brand or service type. Support implementation of fleet telematics, GPS tracking, and driver safety programs. Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime, optimize utilization, and enhance fleet management efficiency.</div></li><li><div>
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with PTN Leadership and Franchise Relations Coordinators (FRC) to understand brand-specific fleet needs. Collaborate with Finance and Risk Management to evaluate leasing vs. purchase models, total cost of ownership, and insurance implications.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Experience:</div><ul><li><div>
5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management&mdash;with specific experience managing fleet or transportation categories.</div></li><li><div>
Experience negotiating with OEMs, leasing companies, maintenance networks, and fuel card providers.</div></li><li><div>
Multi-brand, franchise, or distributed network experience highly preferred.</div></li></ul></li><li><div>
Skills:</div><ul><li><div>
Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in data analytics and cost modeling.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.</div></li><li><div>

As a Sourcing Manager on the ProTradeNet team, a typical day for you will include:</div><ul><li><div>
Manage a team of 1&ndash;3 Sourcing Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with brand leadership and operations teams to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and procurement needs for each brand.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate directly with franchise owners to identify opportunities, understand priorities, and drive adoption of programs across the network.</div></li><li><div>
Lead program design discussions and negotiate terms in partnership with Category Managers.</div></li><li><div>
Collect and report feedback from franchise owners regarding ongoing negotiations and program performance.</div></li><li><div>
Oversee the vendor handoff process from contract execution through PTN onboarding.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with Financial Reporting, Vendor Relations, and Franchise Relations teams to monitor post-launch performance, including rebate accuracy and program effectiveness.</div></li><li><div>
Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and trade shows as needed.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
