The ideal candidate will manage workflow, ensure production quality, and support smooth project execution from planning to delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate daily production operations for advertising and signage projects.</li><li>Manage a team of production staff, printers, and installers.</li><li>Review work orders, materials, and design specifications before production.</li><li>Monitor large-format printing, fabrication, and installation work.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, creative, and logistics teams to meet project deadlines.</li><li>Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client specifications.</li><li>Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.</li><li>Track materials usage and report production status to management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in production within the advertising, signage, or large-format printing industry.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of printing machines, materials, and installation processes.</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>UAE experience preferred.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: AED 2,500 &ndash; 3,500 per month (depending on experience).</li><li>Company visa, medical insurance, and other UAE benefits as per labor law.</li><li>Opportunity for career growth in a creative and fast-paced environment.</li></ul>How to ApplySend your CV via WhatsApp to +971 55 506 6501Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 01/12/2025
