Tips are increasing daily as we grow. We play live music on Friday night. Our hours are M-F 11:00 am - 8:00 PM, 11:00 am - 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday, Sunday 11:00 am - 4:00 pm.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression.</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders promptly to kitchen staff.</li><li>Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.</li><li>Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met, address any concerns promptly, and foster guest relations.</li><li>Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with food handling, sanitation, and general restaurant cleanliness to maintain a welcoming environment.</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or cashiering tools.</li><li>Support other team members as needed, including hosting or bussing duties, to ensure smooth restaurant operations.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in guest relations and customer service.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms; experience with OpenTable is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.</li><li>Strong sales abilities with a focus on upselling menu items to maximize revenue opportunities.</li><li>Experience working in fine dining settings or nightclubs is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism.
