The Operations Analyst and Project Lead identifies trends and areas of opportunity within FACTS Operation Teams through analytical thinking, problem solving, and creating reports. This position makes recommendations based on findings and leads projects to foster an environment of continuous improvement. This position will be instrumental in implementing AI and technology solutions to drive efficiencies.<div>
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</div><div><ul><li>
Maintain and continuously update the Operations Portfolio, ensuring all projects, initiatives, and process improvements are accurately tracked and documented.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of dashboard reporting solutions to support operational visibility and strategic decision-making across FACTS Operations.</li></ul></div><ul><li>
Track and forecast trends through developing regular reports and visualizations.</li><li>
Interpret data and analyze for trends, correlations, and other key characteristics.</li><li>
Create and present materials and reports designed to aid or support business decisions.</li><li>
Provided strategic recommendations for improving processes, efficiencies, and policies based on findings supported by research and data analysis.</li><li>
Organize and facilitate external communications.</li><li>
Facilitate conversation to identify areas of improvement and define policies.</li><li>
Commitment to continued learning and implementation of new tools to maximize reporting capabilities.</li><li>
Identify, participate in, and facilitate projects.</li><li>
Communicate between Operations Departments, as well as other NBS Departments.</li><li>
Ensure data integrity by identifying and performing regular audits in various platforms, including the FACTS CRM.</li><li>
Evaluate and lead projects to drive implementation of technology and AI tools.</li></ul><div>
EDUCATION:</div><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.</div><div></div><div>
EXPERIENCE:</div><ul><li>
2 years of experience in related field or commensurate education.</li><li>
2 years of experience working within FACTS operating systems.</li><li>
CRM software experience preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div>

Advanced computer skills with various applications, including Microsoft Excel formulas, charts, and Pivot Tables.</li><li>
Knowledge on AI and technology solutions.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Salary range for this role is: $50,000-$60,000</div><div>
