<div>This Internship will run 12 weeks over the summer and support functions within our Marketing department. This is a Part-time role; 20 hours per week. The Marketing Specialist Intern will support projects such as SEO/AIO website updates, email marketing campaigns, video content creation, and production of marketing materials across social media, publications, websites and other outlets.
Essential job functions:
Marketing Communication
<ul><li>Will participate in creating Nelson Lab's communication plan.
</li><li>Advertises and promotes the company&rsquo;s products and services utilizing various media.
</li><li>Will take an active role in the creation, production, and management of all marketing materials:

</li><li>Social Media (LinkedIn)
</li><li>Advertising
</li><li>Literature
</li><li>Collateral
</li><li>Videos
</li><li>Sales/Consulting support materials
</li></ul></li><li>Will provide marcom support for Sales and Consulting groups as directed.
</li></ul>Website, SEO &amp; AI Optimization Support
<ul><li>Assist with website content updates, page improvements, and maintenance.
</li><li>Support SEO Initiatives, including keyword search, on-page refinements, and content organization.
</li><li>Contribute to AI Optimization (AIO/GEO) initiatives, including data structure and content updates
</li></ul>Email Marketing Support
<ul><li>Support the creation, formatting, and deployment of marketing emails through Click Dimensions.
</li><li>Assist with building email templates, organizing marketing lists, and reviewing analytics to support campaign performance.
</li></ul>Video Project Support:
<ul><li>Assist in the planning, scheduling, and editing of video content for marketing campaigns, closely collaborating with an external videographer.
</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos align with the brand&rsquo;s messaging and objectives.
</li><li>Help manage video content distribution across digital platforms (e.g., social media, website, email campaigns).
</li></ul>Physical requirements:
This position will require long periods of time spent sitting and looking at a computer screen.</div>

Marketing Specialist - Internship

<div>Our HR Interns play a meaningful role in supporting the people-focused functions that keep Nelson Labs thriving. This 12-week program runs from May 18th to August 7th, offering hands-on experience in multiple areas of Human Resources. Interns engage in real project work under the guidance of an assigned HR Leader and are paired with a dedicated Mentor for ongoing development and support.
Education &amp; Experience Requirements:
College student majoring in an HR centric degree:
<ul><li>Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or similar
</li></ul>Schedule
<ul><li>Monday through Friday, 8-hour workdays on Day Shift.
</li><li>40 hours per week

Employee Engagement
<ul><li>Support initiatives that improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
</li><li>Assist in planning engagement events, surveys, and communication activities.
</li><li>Gather and share feedback to help guide continuous improvement efforts.
</li></ul>Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting
<ul><li>Compile, analyze, and present HR-related performance metrics.
</li><li>Maintain accuracy of dashboards and recurring reports.
</li><li>Identify trends and flag areas requiring action or improvement.
</li></ul>HR Business Partner Support
<ul><li>Provide administrative and analytical assistance to HRBPs.
</li><li>Help prepare materials for employee relations, performance, and workforce planning needs.
</li><li>Coordinate communications, documentation, and follow-up tasks.
</li></ul>Project Work Aligned with Core HR Functions
<ul><li>Contribute to projects in areas such as talent management, onboarding, and policy development.
</li><li>Support process improvements that enhance HR efficiency and service delivery.
</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
</li></ul>Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment. HR Interns regularly use standard office equipment including computers, phones, keyboards, digital filing systems, and productivity software. Occasional visits to lab areas may occur for tours or onboarding activities, with appropriate PPE provided as needed.
Physical Requirements
<ul><li>Approximately 85% of the day spent sitting, typing, or working at a computer
</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for occasional event setup
</li><li>Frequent walking between office and meeting spaces
</li><li>Must be able to work with standard office PPE when required (e.g., safety glasses for lab-area tours)</li></ul></div>
