Role Overview</b></div><div>
The Business Analyst (BA) translates business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive process and system improvements. Partnering with stakeholders across operations, finance, and IT, this individual is responsible for documenting current workflows, defining future-state solutions, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Acting as the link between business and technical teams, this role supports solution design, testing, and validation to ensure outcomes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li><b>
Requirements &amp; Process Analysis</b>
<ul><li>Work with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to understand current processes and pain points.</li>
<li>Document &ldquo;as-is&rdquo; and &ldquo;to-be&rdquo; workflows (e.g., order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, MRP/MPS, work order execution).</li>
<li>Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Systems &amp; Solutions (ERP/MES/Other Apps)</b>
<ul><li>Support configuration and use of ERP/MES and related systems for production, planning, and purchasing.</li>
<li>Participate in solution design, testing, and implementation for enhancements, integrations, and new modules.</li>
<li>Write test cases, support UAT, and help coordinate cutovers and go-lives.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Continuous Improvement</b>
<ul><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve data quality.</li>
<li>Support Lean/Kaizen initiatives with data, process maps, and impact analysis.</li>
<li>Measure and track results of implemented changes (before/after metrics).</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Stakeholder &amp; Change Management</b>
<ul><li>Serve as a key point of contact between operations, IT, and leadership.</li>
<li>Prepare training materials, quick reference guides, and SOP updates.</li>
<li>Help communicate changes, timelines, and impacts to end users.</li>

<div>Requirements</div><div><b>
Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Minimum of 2-5 years&rsquo; experience in <b>manufacturing environments.</b></li><li>
Understanding of <b>MRP/MPS, BOMs, routings, inventory, and production planning</b> concepts.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with <b>ERP and/or MES</b> systems.</li><li><b>
Epicor Kinetic experience a plus.</b></li><li>
Strong skills in <b>SQL/Excel</b> for data analysis and reporting.</li><li>
Ability to create <b>process maps</b>, requirements documents, and user stories.</li><li>
Strong communication skills; comfortable working with both shop floor and executives.</li></ul><div><b>
Education</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or a technical degree, or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Additional Requirements</b></div><ul><li><b>
Travel:</b> This position requires approximately up to 20% travel to other sites.</li><li><b>

Compensation and Benefits:</b></div><div>
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 (Pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data)</div><div></div><div><br>
