We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and communicating with parents and caregivers.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children.</li><li>Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes the curiosity and creativity of children.</li><li>Observe and assess the development of each child, and provide regular feedback to parents and caregivers.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, including providing regular progress reports and responding to their concerns and questions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other important information related to the children.</li><li>Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.</li><li>Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other training opportunities as required.</li><li>Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations related to the operation of the preschool.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;7,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>teaching: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
