Job Summary:
Provides visitor control, access management, and physical security support for the C5ISR Center's secure facilities. Verifies visitor clearances and credentials, issues badges, conducts security screening, maintains security records, and ensures compliance with established security policies and procedures to protect personnel, facilities, and classified information.
Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Monitor the APG C5ISR Campus to maintain security.</li><li>
Enter visitor information IAW site policy to computerized government database and monitor.</li><li>
Maintain Government-furnished computerized visitor databases to include Security Management Systems (SMS), Defense Information System for Security (DISS) or follow on system, Command Reporting Operations Support. System (CROSS), hardcopy clearance records and visit authorization files.</li><li>
Issue, account, and take inventory of appropriate badges according to site policy.</li><li>
Inspect hand-carried items (backpacks, purses, etc.) following the site SOP and ensure no prohibited items are introduced into the facility.</li><li>
Verify property controls as directed. Enforce all procedures as defined in the Restricted Area Lobby Security SOP. Monitor all on-site personnel for compliance to security policies and regulations</li><li>
Certify clearances are correctly sent for meetings and coordinate with POCs when there are errors.</li><li>
Ensure visitors properly sign-in/out and escorted as needed. Verify visitor clearances/gate access forms</li><li>
Ensure visitors and staff are scanned (metal detector) before entry to SCIF following site SOP.</li><li>
Maintain daily log of activities.</li><li>
Monitor, track and scan all property and equipment entering a Restricted Area ensuring proper equipment inventory forms are completed and filed. This may include scanning media for malicious software.</li><li>
Coordinate the issuance and update of property passes with the security manager.</li><li>
Oversee Foreign Visitor coordination, ensuring proper clearance is obtained prior to visit.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements/Education:<ul><li>
High-School Diploma or GED.</li><li>
1 - 3 years of experience as a Security Specialist for a Government entity.</li><li>
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.</li><li>
Previous Experience with government databases preferred.</li></ul>
Security Requirement:<ul><li>
TS/SCI clearance required or hold TS if eligible for SCI.</li></ul>

Security Specialist I (Temporary – 10-Month Assignment) - DEVCOM

Job Overview:
The Program Manager functions as the central point of coordination between USSOCOM stakeholders and corporate leadership, ensuring effective execution of contract requirements and workforce operations. This position is responsible for overseeing program performance, aligning resources with mission objectives, and ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with contractual and operational expectations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to manage multiple efforts in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Plan and implement program strategies that support USSOCOM mission priorities.</li><li>
Develop and maintain processes for workforce management, reporting, and operational execution.</li><li>
Manage allocation of personnel, funding, and technical resources to achieve program objectives.</li><li>
Direct daily operations, including tasking, scheduling, and workforce coordination.</li><li>
Support recruiting efforts and onboarding to ensure mission-ready staffing levels.</li><li>
Monitor workforce performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.</li><li>
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of operations.</li><li>
Establish contingency plans for urgent or mission-critical requirements.</li><li>
Deliver solutions in real-time to address operational challenges and shifting priorities.</li><li>
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.</li><li>
Prepare and present performance reports, including metrics and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>
Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and inform leadership decisions.</li><li>
Serve as a key interface with government stakeholders, providing briefings and updates as required.</li><li>
Support extended or after-hours operations in response to emerging mission needs.</li></ul>

At least 7 years of progressive experience in program management.</li><li>
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-layered programs.</li><li>
Experience overseeing large contract teams (40+ personnel).</li><li>
Background in strategic communications, media operations, or content production planning.</li><li>
Ability to assess performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.</li><li>
Familiarity with U.S. military organizational structures and operational environments.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.</li></ul>
 Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
PgMP or PMP certification.</li><li>
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).</li><li>
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).</li><li>
Prior experience supporting Combatant Command operations.</li><li>
Experience in contingency or crisis-response environments.</li></ul>
