Job Overview:
The Systems Integration Manager provides technical planning and integration support for Command and Control Information Systems (C2iS) in support of Army training and operational exercises. This role delivers subject matter expertise in simulation integration and supports the planning, coordination, and execution of major training events, including Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations, Combat Support Training Exercises (CSTX), and Home Station Training Exercises (HSTE).
Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide dedicated C2iS technical planning and integration support for CONUS-based Army training events.</li><li>
Support Combat Training Center (CTC) Division Rotation Exercises, CSTX, and HSTE events.</li><li>
Participate in Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) events, including planning working groups and syndicates as designated by the Government.</li><li>
Develop and contribute to planning products and integration deliverables for JELC events.</li><li>
Provide on-site support during exercise execution phases, including setup, integration, execution, and recovery.</li><li>
Support multiple exercises or events concurrently, as required.</li><li>
Provide simulation integration expertise to ensure interoperability across systems.</li><li>
Configure, operate, and troubleshoot Army and Joint C2iS systems.</li></ul>

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements/Education:<ul><li>

5+ years of experience in systems integration, military C2 systems, or related field.</li><li>
Experience supporting Army or Joint training exercises.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with one or more C2iS platforms listed above.</li></ul>
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Prior military experience or direct support to Army training environments.</li><li>
Experience with simulation systems integration.</li><li>
Familiarity with Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) processes.</li><li>
Experience working in distributed or multi-domain operational environments.</li></ul>
Security Requirement: Active SECRET Security Clearance.

The Network Engineer is responsible for supporting, designing, and maintaining network infrastructure in support of distributed simulation and training environments. This role provides technical expertise in troubleshooting, integration, and network architecture to ensure reliable and secure operations across federated systems and enterprise environments supporting JLLCTC and Next Generation Constructive capabilities.

Identify and rapidly troubleshoot issues across federate systems, both co-located and at remote sites.</li><li>

Minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining server platforms and network devices, including firewall configuration.</li><li>
Strong expertise in Microsoft Server platforms, network switching, and firewall configuration.</li><li>
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, security principles, storage solutions, and backup methodologies.</li><li>
DoDD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ or equivalent with OS certification).</li></ul>
