This role is embedded in the Product organization, focusing on real-world quality validation, analytics-driven issue detection, and automation of customer journeys.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure end-to-end quality of product features
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply deep knowledge of using AI tools for product quality control and combine hands-on validation with AI-augmented testing to scale coverage
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain product test documentation to align with product requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate key user flows. Run Customer Journey Tests (CJM): Simulate and monitor end-to-end user flows (registration, login, payments, core product flows) on production
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product health: Check metrics, dashboards, and analytics to spot anomalies or quality issues after launch
 </li>
 <li>
 Support fast iteration: Be embedded in the Product team to give rapid feedback on whether new releases meet real-world use cases
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform cross-platform testing (desktop, mobile web, native apps)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product managers and designers to define acceptance criteria and ensure clear test coverage
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate and reproduce customer-facing issues; document findings with clarity and precision
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor product releases, participate in sprint ceremonies, and contribute to release go/no-go decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Support localisation and regulatory testing for multiple jurisdictions
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advance English (C1+) (for reading documentation, reporting, and communication)
 </li>
 <li>
 Possibility to work in CET time zone (+/- 1 hour)
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years experience in software testing, QA, or product operations with a strong focus on customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Specialized or close to specialized education (preferably technical)
 </li>
 <li>
 Availability of certificates of training, completion, additional courses, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, GA, Mixpanel, or similar)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to design and execute practical, outcome-driven test cases without over-engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working directly with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive mindset; you don't just report issues, you help define what good looks like
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommendations from previous employers will be considered a strong advantage.
