Oversee facility maintenance, compliance, safety and reporting of materials and chemicals within the site. Manage the facilities requirements necessary to comply with local, state and federal regulatory mandates.</div></div><div><div><b>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Research, develop and recommend the latest strategies for factory floor utilization for space and effectiveness of operational flows within organization.</div></li><li><div>
Work with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering to develop and direct opportunities that affect revenues and/or costs.</div></li><li><div>
Provide guidance and alternate methods of solving or preventing process/business or technical problems relating to equipment and building needs.</div></li><li><div>
Determine production floor space and capital equipment needs, obtain vendor quotes and develop capital proposals.</div></li><li><div>
Manage and maintain all necessary reporting required for local, state and federal agencies on a quarterly and yearly basis.</div></li><li><div>
Environmental health and safety - Develop and implement policies and procedures in safety, industrial hygiene, environmental engineering and/or hazardous material transportation.</div></li><li><div>
Support the efforts required to implement and maintain an Environmental Management System (EMS) with the focus on continuous reduction in energy and waste elimination relative to environmental needs.</div></li><li><div>
Develop, implement and support ISO14001 Environmental Management Standards.</div></li><li><div>
Act as one of the site Environmental Management Representatives to support the development and implementation of ISO14001.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain Waste Water Treatment Operator Certification.</div></li><li><div>
Develop and track measurements for reducing equipment downtime.</div></li><li><div>
Support and follow all ISO standards related to OnCore&rsquo;s various Quality Management Systems. These systems may include, but are not limited to, quality, the environment, health, safety and security.</div></li><li><div>
Support all corporate and site 6S objectives.</div></li><li><div>
Perform all other duties, as assigned.</div></li></ul><p>
</p><div><div><b>Job Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Maintain quality system controls for factory &amp; EMS</div></li><li><div>
Understanding of all EMS processes for printed circuit board manufacturing.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
Experience/Education:</b><b>
</b></div></div><ul><li><div>BS in Engineering, Science, or Math.</div></li><li><div>
10+ years in electronics industry.</div></li></ul><p>
