This role is ideal for B.Tech graduates from any stream who are eager to pursue a career in Software Quality Assurance.Objectives of this Role&#9679; Learn and follow QA processes and standards.&#9679; Support test case writing, execution, and documentation.&#9679; Assist in tracking and reporting defects using Jira.&#9679; Understand product and functional requirements for accurate testing.&#9679; Participate in team knowledge-sharing and QA training sessions.Key Responsibilities&#9679; Write and execute test cases based on requirements.&#9679; Perform manual testing to identify bugs and usability issues.&#9679; Log and track defects in Jira with clear documentation.&#9679; Collaborate closely with developers and QA teammates to enhance product quality.&#9679; Continuously learn testing methodologies, tools, and QA best practices.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications&#9679; B.Tech Graduate (all streams welcome).&#9679; Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.&#9679; Ability to write clear and structured test cases.&#9679; Familiarity with Jira (or willingness to learn).&#9679; Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.&#9679; Good communication and teamwork skills.&#9679; Eagerness to grow in the QA domain.Preferred Skills&#9679; Understanding of SDLC / STLC.&#9679; Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.&#9679; Exposure (academic/self-learned) to manual testing tools.&#9679; Certification in Software Testing / QA from platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, orrecognized training institutes is a plus.Job Types: Fresher, InternshipPay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
