Only W2 consultantsRole : Technical Business Analyst with strong Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM)Location : Chicago, IL or ArizonaVISA ; Independent consultants &ndash; W2We&rsquo;re looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong Identity &amp; Access Management (IAM) experience to support a major enterprise IAM program. This role is 70&ndash;80% technical BA work and 20&ndash;30% project coordination. Responsibilities Translate IAM/security requirements into user stories, specs, and deliverables Work closely with IAM, security, cloud, and application teams Coordinate cross-team dependencies and timelines Support dashboard and reporting needs (SQL / Power BI)Required Experience<ul><li>6&ndash;8+ years as a Technical BA in Information Security</li><li>Hands-on or strong functional IAM project background</li><li>Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta (preferred)</li><li>SQL (basic/intermediate) and Power BI or similar dashboard tools</li><li>Familiarity with Azure Cloud and Agile delivery (ADO, Jira, etc.)</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Cybersecurity or cloud certifications (e.g., Azure, CCSP)</li><li>Basic Python knowledge</li></ul>Why Join<ul><li>Long-term stability (project funded through 2026)</li><li>Fast-paced, collaborative environment</li><li>High-impact enterprise security initiative</li></ul>Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Chicago or Arizona.Job Type: ContractPay: $46.35 - $55.81 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
