She will be our face for NEON Square in social media videos.Job Description:<ul><li>Act as the face/host in video and social media content.</li><li>Develop and execute innovative, viral content ideas to promote Neon Square and its food outlets across digital platforms.</li><li>Conduct quick, effective R&amp;D on audience segments to tailor content strategies.</li><li>Provide creative direction and guidance to graphic designers, ensuring designs reflect a modern, sophisticated aesthetic.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and impactful storytelling.</li><li>Stay updated with content trends, emerging platforms, and audience preferences to keep Neon Square ahead of the curve.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Strong insight into diverse audiences, particularly Gen Z and millennials.</li><li>Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.</li><li>Proven ability to ideate and deliver out-of-the-box creative campaigns.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in social media content creation, brand storytelling, or creative management.</li><li>Experience directing and guiding design teams to achieve visually engaging content.</li><li>A keen aesthetic sense with an eye for detail and innovation.</li></ul>Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
