<p>NEP Group is looking for a Buyer to join our Shared Services Purchasing team, supporting purchasing activities for NEP&rsquo;s U.S. operations. <p>You&rsquo;ll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to help ensure purchasing requests are fulfilled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company guidelines and value goals. <h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Do:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Support purchasing needs across multiple NEP teams by helping convert approved requests into purchase orders</li>
<li>Partner with preferred and contracted suppliers to help ensure timely delivery and strong overall value</li>
<li>Assist with small and mid-scale sourcing projects, gaining exposure to supplier selection and pricing discussions</li>
<li>Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and internal partners</li>
<li>Work within ERP systems to support purchasing, rentals, and related transactions</li>
<li>Help resolve purchasing issues such as delivery discrepancies, invoicing questions, or order changes</li>
<li>Monitor supply chain activity and assist with identifying potential risks or disruptions</li>
<li>Learn and develop knowledge of commodities, suppliers, and industry best practices</li>
<li>Review supplier performance related to quality, delivery, and service expectations</li>
<li>Communicate order confirmations, updates, and delays clearly to stakeholders</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required</li>
<li>1&ndash;3 years of purchasing, buying, or supply chain experience preferred</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel (intermediate skills a plus)</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach</li>
<li>Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Comfort learning new systems and processes</li>
<li>Willingness to take initiative and grow within the role</li>
<li>Interest in working in a supportive, team-oriented environment</li>
