<div><ul><li>Assist and report to Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.</li>
<li>Perform dispatch duties which include sending equipment / parts for repair to designated vendors / service centers / manufacturers and Check and ensure that the repair equipment / parts are correct before collection.</li>

<li>Plan and schedule delivery of items and equipment according to project requirements or as advised by Department Head (Operations Manager)</li>
<li>Assist in receiving and sending equipment to projects which include loading / unloading trucks, packing/unpacking of equipment, verifying and acknowledging delivery orders, preparation of delivery orders / packing list and other essential paperwork.</li>
<li>Receiving of goods and preparation of paperwork according to Company&rsquo;s procedures.</li>
<li>Checking equipment returned from projects to ensure that equipment return matches the packing list.</li>
<li>Maintenance and Housekeeping to maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.</li>
<li>Assist warehouse on stocks tagging (barcode)</li>
<li>Data entry for printing of barcode</li>
<li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness and take responsibility to keep the workplace safe and organized.</li>
<li>To ensure smooth collection and delivery of goods to/from various locations around UAE. Company vehicle will be provided for delivery purposes.</li>
<li>Any other ad hoc duties.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul><li>At least a High School certificate or Diploma in Logistics or related field.</li>
<li>At least 2 years of working experience in Warehouse/Logistics/Supply Chain</li>
<li>Proficient in using computer softwares, e.g. Microsoft Office and Inventory Management System</li>
<li>Hardworking, possess a positive work attitude</li>
<li>Able to carry a manual load of 20kg is a must</li>
<li>Has a safety conscious mind set</li>
<li>Team player and self-driven</li>
<li>Able to speak basic / conversational English</li>
<li>Possessing a valid forklift license and driving license is a must</li>
</ul>
