Neptune Nursery is seeking an experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead our installation crews.We are looking for a dependable leader who can manage a crew, maintain high-quality workmanship, and ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently.Responsibilities:* Lead and supervise landscaping crews on residential and commercial projects * Read and execute landscape plans * Oversee installation of sod, plants, trees, and palms * Coordinate irrigation and pump installations * Install landscape fabric, weed mat, edging, and hardscape materials * Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet company standards * Train and motivate crew members * Operate and supervise the use of landscaping equipment and machinery * Communicate effectively with customers and managementQualifications:* Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred * Knowledge of landscape installation and hardscape construction * Ability to manage a team and solve problems in the field * Experience operating skid steers, loaders * Valid driver&rsquo;s license * Ability to work outdoors in Florida weatherWhat We Offer:* Competitive pay based on experience * Full-time, year-round work * Opportunities for advancement * Work with a growing and established landscaping companyPay:$18-$23, pay is based on experience.If you are a hardworking leader who takes pride in producing quality work and building a strong team, we want to hear from you.Please reply with your name, phone number, work history, years of experience, and any equipment or certifications you have.Also feel free to stop by 5164 SW Citrus Blvd. Palm City, FL 34990 if you meet the qualifications we're looking for in crew members.Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourWork Location: In person
