Senior Software Engineer (AI + Full Stack)About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who has strong hands-on experience in building scalable software systems and has worked with AI/LLMs, vector databases, model integrations, or applied machine learning. You will work closely with product, engineering, and AI researchers to design, build, and deliver intelligent features across our platform.This role is ideal for someone who is strong in software fundamentals but also curious and comfortable applying AI in real product environments.Key ResponsibilitiesCore EngineeringDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure backend or full-stack applicationsWrite clean, modular, testable code and lead code reviewsArchitect microservices, event-driven systems, APIs, and integrationsOptimize system performance, reliability, and observabilityAI/LLM WorkIntegrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) into production workflowsBuild and maintain RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database queriesFine-tune existing models or work with prompt engineering to improve qualityImplement evaluation frameworks for AI features (latency, cost, accuracy, drift)Collaborate with data scientists/AI engineers on experimentation and deploymentLeadership &amp; CollaborationLead end-to-end feature developmentMentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practicesWork closely with product &amp; design teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsParticipate in system design and architectural discussionsRequired Skills &amp; Experience4&ndash;8+ years of professional software development experienceStrong expertise in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, Java, Go, .NET)Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelinesSolid understanding of databases (SQL + NoSQL) and distributed systemsPractical experience integrating AI in production (any of the following):RAG pipelinesFine-tuning or model customizationPrompt engineering &amp; LLMOpsVector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Elasticsearch, Qdrant)Model evaluation, guardrails, observabilityStrong problem-solving and system design skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environmentGood to HaveExperience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Assistants API, or custom agent frameworksExperience with LangFuse, LiteLLM, or other LLM observability/cost optimization toolsUnderstanding of DevOps, Docker, KubernetesFrontend experience (React/Next.js)Experience building multi-agent systems or workflow orchestrationPrior experience in an AI/ML product companyWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI productsOwnership, autonomy, and room to experimentFast-paced and collaborative cultureCompetitive salary + performance-based bonusesWork that directly impacts customers and business outcomesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;900,000.00 - &#8377;1,200,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
