<b>ABOUT THE ROLE</b>:<br>
Your role involves assessment of the timesheets and expenses received and conducting thorough reviews, working closely with sales/contractors for corrections and receiving timely approvals from clients and sharing them with the payroll teams as per the required filing convention for further processing.<br>
<br>
<b>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b></p>
<ul><li>Drafting Contract offer letters and amendment letters by prioritizing requests that affect payroll and 24-hour response time to regular placements.
</li><li>Review and approve new placements and change requests in Bullhorn within TAT (24 hours).
</li><li>Drafting change requests in Bullhorn within the TAT (24 hours).
</li><li>Manage shared mailbox by prioritizing requests that affect payroll and 24-hour response time to regular placements.
</li><li>Follow up via email to resolve any issues no less than 48 hours after the initial request.
</li><li>Escalate to senior members of the team and communicate clearly with the Sales team if a contractor will not be paid correctly due to signed letters not received.
</li><li>Coordinate any mass transitions by setting up meetings with the relevant parties &ndash; payroll, invoicing, sales team and providing a detailed outline of steps to be taken and deadlines. Keep track of the request to ensure they are all completed correctly and on time.
</li><li>Review Placements ready for approval report and support with follow ups as needed.
</li><li>Implement lessons learned process and discuss errors/issues from the month, what measures to be put in place to avoid errors.
</li><li>Always should be thinking to improve the process and get the best efficiency.

Providing legal support in Global Supplier Process, managing contract management and contract life cycle.<br>

<b>Legal Team Support:</b> Providing support services to NES Fircroft&rsquo;s legal team in Global Supplier Process, Contract Management and Contract Lifecycle Management.<br>
<b>Contract Repository Management:</b> Provide support to the Commercial &amp; Legal team in managing the repository of contracts in NES Fircroft&rsquo;s internal contract management tools.<br>
<b>Contract Lifecycle Handling: </b>Manage the contract lifecycle process, initiate renewals, obtain approvals and draft amendments via NES Fircroft&rsquo;s standard templates.<br>
<b>Contractual Timeline Monitoring:</b> Advice and support various teams in NES Fircroft in keeping track of the contractual timelines.<br>
<b>Audit Support:</b> Support internal audit teams in getting the correct information relating to various contracts and keeping the paperwork up to date.<br>
<b>Compliance Review:</b> Work with the Legal team to review contracts and evaluate our supplier/vendor management compliance in line with business and legal requirements.<br>
<b>Supplier Coordination</b>: Support internal teams with supplier requests, concerns with suppliers, and working with suppliers on renewals of contracts/agreements.<br>
<b>Query Resolution</b>: Resolve queries relating to previously executed contracts raised by various internal NES Fircroft teams.<br>
<b>Risk Assessment:</b> Ability to assess commercial liability and risk and make recommendations as to the appropriate course of action.<br>
