As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at <b>Halian</b>, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for delivering full‑cycle recruitment solutions while driving client and candidate engagement across the <b>IT and digital technology space</b>. This is a true <b>desk‑owning, entrepreneurial role</b>, offering autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to build long‑term success within a growing market.<br>
You&rsquo;ll partner with clients to identify and deliver highly skilled IT professionals across <b>contract, contract‑to‑hire, and permanent hiring models</b>, while maintaining the highest service and compliance standards.<br>

<p></p><b>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b><br>
<b>End‑to‑End Recruitment:</b> Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place IT professionals on contract, contract‑to‑hire, and permanent assignments.<br>
<b>IT Talent Sourcing:</b> Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates across IT disciplines including software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital technologies.<br>
<b>Candidate Assessment:</b> Conduct in‑depth phone and virtual interviews to assess technical capability, cultural fit, and alignment to client requirements.<br>
<b>Pipeline Development:</b> Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline through long‑term candidate relationships.<br>
<b>Candidate Care:</b> Provide consistent communication, career guidance, and market insight throughout the recruitment process.<br>
<b>Contractor Engagement:</b> Maintain regular contact with active contractors and recently placed candidates to ensure service quality and generate referrals.<br>
<b>Client Management:</b> Manage new and existing accounts, including client visits, relationship management, and service delivery.<br>
<b>Compliance &amp; Quality:</b> Ensure 100% compliance with Halian and NES Fircroft quality standards, in‑country legislation (including Occupational Health &amp; Safety), and client‑specific processes.<br>
<b>Business Development:</b> Drive account development and new business generation through candidate referrals, client networks, and strategic outreach.<br>
<b>Strategic Partnerships:</b> Build trusted, long‑term client relationships through consultative engagement and face‑to‑face meetings.<br>
<b>Desk Ownership:</b> Maintain a balanced portfolio of job orders and qualified candidates while managing multiple, complex recruitment assignments.<br>
<b>Team Contribution:</b> Support team development through knowledge‑sharing and on‑the‑job coaching where appropriate.

<b>Recruitment Experience:</b> 4+ years&rsquo; agency recruitment experience, ideally within IT, technology, or digital markets.<br>
<b>IT Market Knowledge:</b> Proven experience recruiting technical or IT‑focused roles.<br>
<b>Strong Communicator:</b> Confident, engaging, and professional in both candidate and client interactions.<br>
<b>Highly Organized:</b> Able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.<br>
