 About the Job:
 
 
 To deliver high-quality technical training programs (classroom and on-the-job) that enhance the technical capabilities and compliance of technicians and site employees across infrastructure and energy projects. Ensures delivery meets client (e.g., SEC, ARAMCO) requirements and internal competency frameworks.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Training Delivery
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Facilitate technical training aligned with SEC, ARAMCO, and OSHA requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support site-based learning and mentoring programs for Saudi technicians.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 On-the-Job Coaching
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide structured on-site coaching and guidance for trainees during work permit, C1/C2, cable joining and other activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document progress and competency improvements observed in real work environments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Curriculum Implementation
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Implement training modules based on approved content, SOPs, and industry codes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customize delivery based on trainee levels and language proficiency (Arabic/English).
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Assessment &amp; Evaluation
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct pre-/post-training assessments and practical skill evaluations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain training records, attendance logs, and evaluation scores.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Reporting &amp; Documentation
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Submit daily/weekly training progress reports to the L&amp;D Supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate documentation for audit and compliance reviews.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Safety &amp; Compliance
 
 </li>
 </ol>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Embed safety practices and compliance principles into all training.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment with site HSE regulations and permit-to-work processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hands-on expertise in one or more domains: Electrical Works / HV-LV / Civil Works / Safety / WPR / C1/C2
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Work Permit Systems, Cable Jointing, Testing &amp; Commissioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and LMS platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Team collaboration
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication and follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-oriented attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Accuracy and reliability
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiative and ownership
 </li>
 <li>

 Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certified Trainer or Assessor (preferred: OSHA / TVTC / CTT+ / TOT).
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in technical training, ideally in infrastructure, utilities, or oil &amp; gas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with SEC, ARAMCO, or equivalent technical standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
 </li>
