 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 To ensure the provision of quality and cost-effective administrative services for Nesma Electric in support of the broader Human Resources function.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Positions under direct supervision:
 
 Government Relations Supervisor, Personnel Supervisor, Receptionists
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Primary responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate the issuance and renewal of visas and work permits, iqamas, passports, sponsorships, vehicle documentation and other requirements at the Labor Office and relevant government entities
 
 
 &bull; Prepare the necessary documents to complete affairs at Chambers of Commerce and other entities related to identification, requests for government services, obtaining appropriate licenses and proper clearance for projects, etc.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure the timely receipt and payment of all phone and electricity bills
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate mail collection and distribution, and other support services including telephone operating and reception desk
 
 
 &bull; Review Saudization status and ensure government requirements are met and exceeded
 
 
 &bull; Oversee employee medical insurance
 
 
 &bull; Provide logistic support and maintenance for vehicles and equipment
 
 
 &bull; Ensure that employee records are up-to-date and filed electronically in an organized manner for easy retrieval
 
 
 &bull; Manage hotel and flight reservations according to employee entitlement (business trip, annual leave, etc.)
 
 
 &bull; Oversee time and attendance reports in accordance with company policies and procedures
