   Assist with the development and approval of the strategy including the development and implementation of the required policies, processes and procedures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with the development and management Company&rsquo;s Projects budgets aligning with organizational goals.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with Plan and implement BCC training programs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with Promoting a correct procedural BCC culture among project teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure the objectives noted above are implemented fully and effectively by our BCC team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage, monitor, mentor, supervise and support the department and follow up on and review our staffs&rsquo; tasks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Improve the BCC staff performance and monitor and support them.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist with the development and implementation of budgets for the Projects, aligning them with strategic goals and objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Forecasts expenses, and potential Cost risks to ensure accurate resource allocation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Investigates the root causes of budget deviations and develops strategies to prevent
  </li>
  <li>
   future occurrences.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist for Implementing of cost-saving initiatives to optimize spending and improve Cost
  </li>
  <li>
   efficiency.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepares accurate and timely budget reports and Cost statements for senior management and stakeholders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, and reporting standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Identifies and assesses potential Cost risks, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborates effectively with other departments, such as accounting, finance, operations, and procurement, to ensure alignment of BCC goals.
  </li>

  <li>
   Conduct testing and commissioning of transmission substations (13.8kV, 33kV, 110kV, 115kV, 132kV and 380kV).
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform technical supervision and site coordination for electrical projects.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze electrical systems, designs, and components, and prepare drawings and Testing schedules.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with local utility standards and international regulations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise site technicians and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct walk downs to validate commissioning turnover acceptance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide technical instruction and mentoring regarding substation systems and electrical power systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaise with local utility organizations to meet requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Report progress and findings to the T&amp;C Manager.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work in high-voltage environments and ensure operational safety.
  </li>
