The approximate hourly pay for this position is $21. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.

We are currently looking for a B2C Trade Asistant Key Account Manager to join our Nespresso team.
Location: İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a B2C Trade Asistant Key Account Manager you will have the following responsibilities;<ul><li>
Analyze market, consumer and competitor insights to identify opportunities.</li><li>
Manage e-commerce accounts, develop account plans, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.</li><li>
Lead trade activities, promotions, and distribution strategy with marketing &amp; e-commerce (EC &ndash; E-Commerce) teams.</li><li>
Drive online channel growth (marketplaces, pure players) and manage e-retailer strategies.</li><li>
Build strong relationships with accounts and machine partners; negotiate commercial terms.</li><li>
Ensure accurate forecasting, stock availability, and smooth coordination with supply chain (SC &ndash; Supply Chain).</li><li>
Monitor performance, improve ROI (Return on Investment), and participate in Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).</li><li>
Identify and onboard new accounts to expand e-commerce business.</li></ul> 
 Which profile are we looking for?<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>
2+ years of sales , e-commerce management (KAE &ndash; Key Account Executive or Specialist experience ).</li><li>
Experience in e-commerce retail , premium brands or consumer electronics is a plus.</li><li>
Strong understanding of the digital marketplace</li><li>
Knowledge of e-commerce (EC &ndash; E-Commerce) and omni-channel business preferred.</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally (X-functional &ndash; Cross- Functional).</li><li>
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.</li><li>
Advanced level of English</li></ul>
