Position Summary: 
 
The E-Business Analyst (Commercial Development) will be responsible for ensuring flawless, high-quality execution across Nespresso USA&rsquo;s Digital Retail platforms. As the executional backbone of our digital retail ecosystem, this role supports the work of Commercial Development, Digital Retail Customer Account Managers, Digital Shelf and Shopper Marketing by translating commercial strategies into consistent, accurate, and timely execution across key digital touchpoints.
The E-Business Analyst will also provide operational support across retailer platforms, enabling readiness for launches, promotions, and content changes. This role will also manage performance tracking tools, mitigates executional risks, and supports continuous improvement efforts - ensuring Nespresso USA&rsquo;s premium presence is maximized across the digital shelf and aligned with business priorities. This is a hybrid-based opportunity (2 days/week onsite (Manhattan Herald Square) and the rest remotely from home. 
Responsibilities:<div> 
Digital Retail Execution Support 
 
<ul><li>Act as the executional partner to Digital Retail CAMs, translating commercial priorities into operational actions.</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards tracking sell-out, launch status, pricing, and promotional health.</li><li>Identity, escalate and resolve operational blockers that impact revenue, availability, or customer experience.</li></ul> 

Digital Shelf Operations 
 
<ul><li>Manage item setup, content updates, and retail portal submissions across digital platforms.</li><li>Conduct digital shelf audits and flag product visibility/content issues for resolution.</li></ul>
&bull; Maintain PDP accuracy in alignment with commercial and promotional calendars &bull; Content Deployment, Assist Sales &amp; Digital Shelf teams to deploy content across digital platforms. 
<ul><li>SEO enhancements, work with agency partners to enhance organic product search ranking by constantly updating titles, bullets, copy and back end keywords.
</li><li>Conducting A/B testing, assist in executing and measuring various A/B tests for continuous knowledge and improvement.</li></ul> 

Reporting &amp; Process Optimization 
 
<ul><li>Maintain reporting tools to track execution health and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Analyze root causes of execution issues and propose process solutions.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Digital Shelf, Supply Chain, and Shopper Marketing to streamline workflows.</li><li>Share reporting and process best practices with CAMs and Commercial Development teams.</li></ul></div> 
Requirements:<ul><li> 
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>2 or more years of professional work experience in e-Commerce, Vendor Operations and/or Digital Merchandising required.</li><li>Current or prior experience working with Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central tools is highly desired.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required.</li><li>Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).</li><li>Knowledge of customer and marketing insights (market research, customer satisfaction, web analytics, etc.) required.</li><li>Must have strong business acumen (including understanding of business processes/enablers) and project management skills.</li><li>Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.</li><li>Strong understanding of value chain analysis required.</li><li>Willing and able to travel up to 5% based on the needs of the team and the business.</li></ul> 
The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.

As a Brand Communications Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;
A Day in the Life
Brand &amp; Communication Strategy<ul><li>
Support the development and execution of Nespresso Turkey&rsquo;s annual brand communication plans in line with global brand strategy.</li><li>
Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels, following Nespresso brand guidelines.</li><li>
Develop and adapt campaign briefs, coordinating with creative and media agencies to deliver impactful local activations.</li><li>
Manage PR(Public Relations), Influencer and Social Media Strategies to strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement.</li><li>
Lead boutique branding projects and local partnerships to amplify brand awareness and visibility.</li><li>
Coordinate internal communication initiatives to ensure alingment acroos all teams.</li></ul>
Product Launches &amp; Events<ul><li>
Coordinate quarterly product launches (seasonal and limited editions) with cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Organize and execute brand events, activations, and boutique experiences &ndash; from small-scale gatherings to large-scale brand events.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver promotional and PR(Public Relations) materials across online and offline channels.</li></ul>
Influencer &amp; PR(Public Relations) Management<ul><li>
Lead influencer projects across tiers (celebrity, macro, micro), ensuring measurable impact on awareness and engagement.</li><li>
Manage Influencer agencies to generate earned media, coverage, and storytelling aligned with Nespresso&rsquo;s brand purpose.</li><li>
Establish local sponsorships and collaborations with third parties, building credibility and a positive brand image.</li></ul>
Digital &amp; Social Media<ul><li>
Oversee content development for social media channels, ensuring relevance and consistency.</li><li>
Collaborate with eCommerce and trade teams to optimize content and campaigns for conversion.</li><li>
Track digital KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and provide insights on performance, trends, and optimization opportunities.</li><li>
Manage Media and Creative agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and ensure alignment with brand strategy.</li></ul>
Project &amp; Budget Management<ul><li>
Manage assigned budgets, including annual forecasting, invoice control, reconciliation, and reporting.</li><li>
Provide regular reports and analyses on PR(Public Relations), influencer, and marketing communications activities.</li><li>
Ensure all campaigns comply with internal legal, compliance, and corporate standards.</li></ul>
Sustainability &amp; Corporate Initiatives<ul><li>
Lead Nespresso Turkey sustainability communications projects, ensuring KPIs(Key Performance Indicators) are met in line with corporate objectives.</li><li>
Support corporate partnerships and CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) projects to reinforce brand purpose and community engagement.</li></ul>
Email &amp; Push Communications<ul><li>
Plan and execute CRM (Customer Relationship Management)communications (email &amp; push) in line with global and local brand strategy.</li><li>
Ensure consistency of tone of voice and visuals across CRM(Customer Relationship Management) channels, aligned with Nespresso brand guidelines.</li><li>
Collaborate with Global CRM(Customer Relationship Management) and Local CRM and eCommerce teams to integrate email &amp; push campaigns into broader brand and product launches.</li></ul> 
Key Requirements<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, or brand management (FMCG(Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or premium consumer goods preferred).</li><li>
Proven track record in managing PR, influencer, and digital/social media campaigns.</li><li>
Experience in product launch management and brand event organization.</li><li>
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.</li><li>
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.</li><li>
Fluent in English</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.</li></ul>
