Klaviyo Operations Manager (Execution-Focused, Client-Requested Changes)If you do not have experience using Klaviyo and Figma, please do not apply.Availability Required: 12 PM to 5 PM ESTRole OverviewWe are hiring a Klaviyo Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution of email and SMS for ecommerce brands. This role is highly hands-on and is ideal for someone who lives inside Klaviyo, is comfortable making fast updates inside Figma, and can implement client-requested changes on the fly without delays.You will not be responsible for high-level strategy or sales calls. Your role is to execute cleanly, quickly, and accurately, from copy swaps and design updates to scheduling and QA, while ensuring nothing ships broken.Key ResponsibilitiesKlaviyo Execution &amp; Scheduling<ul><li>Build, update, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo</li><li>Make last-minute changes to copy, images, buttons, links, and send times</li><li>Handle flow updates, pauses, and quick fixes as needed</li><li>Ensure all campaigns are correctly configured, tracked, and scheduled</li></ul>Figma Design Updates<ul><li>Jump into Figma to make real-time edits including:</li><li>Copy changes</li><li>Image swaps</li><li>Spacing and layout adjustments</li><li>Mobile responsiveness fixes</li><li>QC designs before implementation to ensure brand consistency and clean layout</li><li>Collaborate with designers when needed, but operate independently when they are unavailable</li></ul>Quality Control &amp; QA<ul><li>Run full QA checks before every send:</li><li>Mobile vs desktop layout</li><li>Button links and tracking</li><li>Image rendering</li><li>Personalization tokens</li><li>UTM parameters</li><li>Catch mistakes before the client or subscribers ever see them</li></ul>Client-Requested Change Handling<ul><li>Receive and implement client feedback quickly and accurately</li><li>Understand requests immediately and turn them into clean execution</li><li>Communicate clearly when changes are completed or if clarification is needed</li></ul>AI-Supported Workflow (Bonus)<ul><li>Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Nano Banana to:</li><li>Speed up copy tweaks</li><li>Support QA and reviews</li><li>Assist with creative variations and internal notes</li><li>Maintain quality while increasing execution speed</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo including campaigns, flows, scheduling, and QA</li><li>Comfortable operating independently inside Figma</li><li>Proven ability to implement fast changes without errors</li><li>Strong attention to detail and operational discipline</li><li>Reliable availability from 12 PM to 5 PM EST</li><li>Experience working in an agency or multi-brand environment is a plus</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Nano Banana</li><li>Understanding of ecommerce retention email best practices</li><li>Familiarity with basic analytics and campaign performance signals</li></ul>What This Role Is Not<ul><li>Not a strategy-only role</li><li>Not a copy-only role</li><li>Not a design-only role</li></ul>This is an execution and operations role for someone who knows how to ship.Why This Role Is a Good Fit<ul><li>Clear daily scope and expectations</li><li>Fast-moving work with direct impact</li><li>Long-term opportunity with pay growth</li><li>Minimal meetings and maximum execution</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per monthExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 25 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
