Position Summary 
Our Hartwell, Georgia, factory measures an impressive 500,000 square feet. It represents our most versatile facility to date, enabling us to switch product lines with greater speed and efficiency. As the Production Lead, you&rsquo;ll ensure the factory operates in a smooth, safe, and efficient manner across processes. Work collaboratively across departments as you supply quality products to Processing and Packaging while minimizing waste on the product lines to which you are assigned. 
<ul><li>
Perform shift set-ups for all areas of our process to ensure schedules are being followed.</li><li>
Work with operators to monitor, define, and correct problems affecting waste, downtime, and quality.</li><li>
Record downtime efficiency levels.</li><li>
Complete all sanitation tasks assigned by Team Lead to ensure unsanitary equipment is washed, wash downs are completed as needed, and the MSS is completed.</li><li>
Complete internal departmental inspections and follow up as needed.</li><li>
Perform visual inspections and record findings.</li><li>
Submit work orders and ensure maintenance is called in a timely manner for mechanical or electrical issues.</li><li>
Assist in training and instruct department personnel, including giving breaks to facility employees when needed.</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li>
High School diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>
2+ year experience working in a production capacity such as manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, industrial, military, related environment</li></ul> 
The approximate hourly pay rate for this position is $27.38. Please note that the pay rate provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Position Summary 
As a Shipping Lead, you will support proper accountability of all finished goods into and out of the Automated Warehouse (ASRS) and ensure product is of high quality before loading onto trucks and before entering ASRS. You will support the ASRS Specialist with maintaining ASRS reliability and up-time through manual pallet intervention, fault recovery, and completing small projects for the ASRS system. You will coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to support receiving, handling, and shipment of all finished products.
In this position, you will enjoy competitive weekly pay starting at $23.84 an hour during the new hire probation period and increasing to $28.74 an hour when the probationary period has been successfully completed, as well as overtime pay, quarterly bonuses, full health benefits, 401k match, paid time off, excellent maternity/paternity leave and so much more!
This position will require you to work 2nd shift, along with overtime, on a 12 days on &amp; 2 days off schedule.

Position Summary 
As a Shipping Associate, you will operate a forklift to handle the movement of all finished products onto trucks in a safe and efficient manner. You will ensure proper accountability of all finished products and goods to the shipping warehouse, as well as ensuring product is of high quality before loading onto trucks. This position will be responsible for reviewing and actively participating in the risk assessments, as well as successfully achieving position qualifications through evaluations. Successful candidates must maintain a great attendance record and must be able to work overtime and nights.

Operating all shipping equipment, including forklifts, with various attachments (pull-pack, slip sheet, etc.) in a warehouse environment.</li><li>
Participate in shift handover meetings and other continuous improvement activities.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
