Property Manager &mdash; RV Park &amp; RV Storage / Escondido, CA$25&ndash;$28/hr DOE + up to $8,000/yr performance bonus (paid quarterly). $60,000&ndash;$66,000 all in.Nestworthy Communities is hiring a Property Manager to run our 150+ site RV park and storage facility in Escondido, CA. It's a property with real upside (occupancy growth, revenue optimization, untapped potential) and you'd have full support from an engaged ownership team to make it happen. We're a small, family owned company: no corporate red tape, no layers of approval, and ownership that actually picks up the phone.This is a hands on, in office role at a busy property, so we need someone who's calm under pressure, great with people, and doesn't rattle easily.What You'll Do<ul><li>Run daily operations for the RV park and storage facility</li><li>Own the numbers: revenue, occupancy, rate optimization, always pushing to improve</li><li>Handle reservations, billing, and guest communications</li><li>Walk the property regularly, you'll know every corner of it</li><li>Keep residents and guests accountable to park rules, calmly and with grace, even in tough conversations</li><li>Run morning check ins with the maintenance crew, track projects, and handle purchasing (no technical skill needed, just organization and follow through)</li><li>Build a community where tenants feel at home</li></ul>You're the Right Fit If You<ul><li>Have thick skin. Difficult tenants and tense moments don't throw you off your game</li><li>Love tech and pick up new software fast (we use Campspot, Asana, Dropbox, Microsoft 365)</li><li>Sweat the details, nothing slips through the cracks on your watch</li><li>Are genuinely personable: you can welcome a guest, defuse a complaint, and hold someone accountable, all in the same day</li><li>Think like an operator: you watch the numbers, spot trends, and pitch ideas</li><li>Are comfortable leading a small crew and keeping projects on track</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Office administration and computer experience</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus</li><li>Ability to pass background check and drug test</li><li>Property management experience preferred, but we'll invest in the right person</li></ul>Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, in office.
