 Job Description: Our receptionist/concierge is responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients, visitors, and employees.
 
 
 PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 &bull; Maintain professional appearance of building lobby and reception area.
 
 
 &bull; Ensure meeting rooms serviced appropriately prior to meetings/events and assist with large events set up, room reservation, planning, and execution.
 
 
 &bull; Receive/ distribute mail and perform shipping functions for facility.
 
 
 &bull; Function as a liaison between event coordinators, customers, vendors, and visitors.
 
 
 &bull; Support, manage visitor tours and function as an ambassador to event coordinators.
 
 
 &bull; Assist visitors for meetings.
 
 
 &bull; Professionally manages all phone calls and routes callers and answers questions in a timely and courteous manner.
 
 
 &bull; Maintains security requirements by ensuring visitors and contractors sign visitor log and by distributing guest badges.
 
 
 &bull; Alerts Security or Facilities staff of any disturbances or potential issues.
 
 
 &bull; May function as point of contact in case of an emergency or disaster, coordinating with Facilities staff.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate taxi service, van service or contracted bus service for large meetings and events.
 
 
 &bull; Uses company intranet to look up employees&rsquo; contact information.
 
 
 &bull; Communicate with employees on site-specific issues.
 
 
 &bull; Generate purchase orders using Ariba and manage expenses in concur.
 
 
 &bull; Distributes all outbound mail in time for daily departure by courier or US Government Client. Manages international shipping function and becomes familiar with relevant shipping rules and regulations.
 
 
 &bull; Manages conference room bookings, loaner equipment (remote controls, adaptors, headphones, etc.) distribution.
 
 
 JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 &bull; Minimum high school diploma or GED
 
 
 &bull; Multi-tasking skills:
 
 
 &bull; Concierge/Front desk reception experience 0-3 years
 
 
 &bull; Professional appearance and demeanor
 
 
 &bull; Energetic and detailed-oriented
 
 
 &bull; Basic computer knowledge, i.e., MS Word, Excel, SharePoint a Plus
 
 
 &bull; Customer Service experience
 
 
 &bull; Organizational: Organization is necessary for someone in this position.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
 
 
 &bull; Problem solving: Concierges face all kinds of problems and issues and must readily solve these to the satisfaction of guests.
 
 
 &bull; Recordkeeping: May need to maintain guest records and supervise hotel staff members.

 The Analyst is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for driving financial performance and supporting commercial decision-making through advanced financial analysis and leadership. Act as a key liaison between finance and commercial teams, fostering collaboration to understand business performance drivers. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to evaluate pricing strategies, customer profitability, and market trends. Influence decision-making through clear communication of financial insights and recommendations. Lead deep-dive analyses on sales performance, margin optimization, and customer profitability. Support strategic projects, including pricing reviews, cost optimization initiatives, investment evaluations, and process improvement initiatives. Analysis and reporting of the NA Liquibox business Net Trade Sales ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial results. Develop excel models used for monthly analysis, quarterly forecasting, and annual AOP process. Conduct variance analysis and identify root causes of deviations from targets. Manage customer rebates including monthly entries, communication with the commercial team, and reconciliations. Support month end processes including reviewing accruals, journal entries, and validation of P&amp;L postings.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualification
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in finance or related field required; CPA, CMA or another Chartered Credential preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years finance experience, with FP&amp;A and operational analysis strengths
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working directly with senior management
 </li>
 <li>
 System proficiency including Excel, Hyperion, SAP or other ERP &amp; data mining software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills including financial planning and working capital analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of accounting principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative team player with team building skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Required- BS in accounting or finance
 </li>
