Job SummaryGMI Trading is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our in-store and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food retail, community engagement, and brand storytelling. You&rsquo;ll help drive customer traffic, promote seasonal campaigns, and support the execution of marketing strategies across multiple store locations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events tailored (but not limited) to the grocery retail environment.</li><li>Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials including (but not limited) flyers, signage, email newsletters, and social media content.</li><li>Collaborate with store managers and vendors to ensure execution and accuracy of promotional activities and brand consistency.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on customer engagement and ROI.</li><li>Help organize and promote community events, tastings, and seasonal celebrations.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.</li><li>Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of initiatives.</li><li>Support Trade Marketing managers with all related projects and initiatives.</li><li>Manage and grow the client portfolio and advertising turnover through media kits and in-chain advertising services for vendors</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or food industry.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and social media platforms.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for food and customer experience.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with retail marketing or grocery promotions.</li><li>Basic graphic design and photo editing skills.</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
