We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist (Remote) to manage our business operations while also serving as a hands-on technical expert. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day activities of our technical support, sales, and marketing teams, coordinate multiple teams, manage client relationships, and provide advanced IT support.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage all team members by assigning tasks and ensuring workload balance for maximum efficiency.</li><li>Strong English skills, both speaking and writing.</li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently.</li><li>Organize weekly team meetings and provide regular updates to management.</li><li>Attend client meetings and act as a client relationship manager, ensuring all client issues are resolved promptly.</li><li>Oversee technical support, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.</li><li>Provide hands-on IT support, including troubleshooting servers, computers, networking, VoIP, and PBX systems.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft 365 services, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), for workflow automation and solutions.</li><li>Handle vendor management, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of products/services.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making to address operational and technical challenges efficiently.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Full-time availability.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>At least 3 years of technical support experience with leadership skills</li><li>Proven experience in IT support, networking, servers, Azure, Microsoft 365, licensing, VoIP, and PBX systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).</li><li>Experience managing multiple teams or coordinating tasks across departments.</li><li>Excellent client relationship management skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.</li><li>Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setting and take ownership of operations.</li></ul>Why Join Us: This role allows you to have a direct impact on operations while staying hands-on technically.
