We need someone creative, organized, and skilled in running campaigns that deliver strong ROI.About the Role This position involves designing visuals, creating reels and short-form content, managing digital campaigns, and supporting both new and existing clients with outreach and performance-based marketing efforts. You must be fluent in English and comfortable handling tasks without step-by-step instructions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create graphics, banners, social media posts, and reels using your own creative ideas</li><li>Plan and manage campaigns on Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn</li><li>Communicate with clients, understand their goals, and present design and campaign strategies</li><li>Conduct virtual client meetings to review work and discuss performance</li><li>Write engaging captions and help plan and execute marketing campaigns</li><li>Support outreach and onboarding activities for new customers</li><li>Develop ideas and strategies to improve engagement for existing clients</li><li>Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports</li><li>Solve marketing challenges with practical, creative solutions</li><li>Take independent ownership of tasks and manage deadlines confidently</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>At least two years of hands-on experience in digital marketing</li><li>Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)</li><li>Proven experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn</li><li>Ability to create reels, short-form videos, and other social media content</li><li>Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create clean, professional visuals</li><li>Experience writing captions, planning campaigns, and tracking results</li><li>Ability to work directly with clients and handle requirements independently</li><li>Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to achieve strong ROI from campaigns</li><li>Stable high-speed internet and a quiet work-from-home setup</li><li>Comfortable working Monday to Saturday on Eastern Time (Canada hours)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Certification in digital media marketing</li><li>Knowledge of advanced marketing and analytics tools</li><li>Experience with SEO or keyword planning</li><li>Ability to plan outreach activities or event-based marketing</li><li>Strong understanding of current digital trends</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Monday to Saturday</li><li>6 days per week</li><li>Eastern Time (Canada time zone)</li><li>Fully remote</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary Range Rs 30,000 - Rs 35,000</li><li>Performance-based bonus may be offered</li><li>Commission pay may also be offered</li><li>2 weeks paid vacation in 1 year</li><li>No additional benefits or reimbursements (internet, equipment, etc.)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Graphics Design: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>SEO: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
