 Purpose of Position
 
 
 
 The Pilot is responsible to provide a superior air transportation experience with a continued safety record second to none on each and every flight. The Pilot is the face of NetJets providing not only technically accurate and safe transportation but also providing an exceptional service experience for every NetJets Owner and passenger. The Pilot is expected to effectively wear many hats resulting in a concierge service level experience with roles ranging from professional aviator to in-flight service provider. The Pilot is in full command of the aircraft at all times and must always maintain a professional demeanor.
 
 
 
 Tasks And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft from taxi, take-off and landing of each flight per FAA guidelines, Original Equipment Manufacture's (OEM) Checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOP's). Greets Owners/passengers pre-flight, makes introductions and briefs them on the specific flight/trip and verifies itinerary/provides passengers with weather updates and safety briefings and explains any changes to itinerary
 </li>
 <li>
 Must deliver as needed, in-flight service including the handling of alcohol and the service of catering
 </li>
 <li>
 Must load and properly stow on aircraft all baggage as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to handle and conduct flights for Owner's with pets and those who smoke.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the final authority on his/her aircraft with respect to all areas of operation including the compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Acts as a liaison for Owners/ passengers and NetJets from the time the Owners/passengers arrive at the FBO until they have safely landed at their final destination and have departed the final FBO.
 </li>

 Responsible for properly communicating any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the Company via the aircraft Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Controller on duty for their fleet

 Additionally, must properly complete any paperwork associated with maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies.

 Purpose of Position
 
 
 
 The Service Representative I is NetJets&rsquo; presence onsite for Owners and crew at top volume airports, meeting both arriving and departing flights and ensuring all requested items (catering, ground transportation, special requests) are perfect for each flight. The Service Representative I ensure seamless customer service by proactively collaborating with the airport, FBO, caterers, ground, and other service providers. The Service Representative I is responsible for developing Owner loyalty by nurturing Owner relationships and providing personalized service through knowledge, proactive service, and anticipation of needs. This includes but is not limited to being the onsite Owner advocate; ensuring that Owners are comfortable during flight delays by serving beverages and/or catering; keeping Owners informed of all information provided by our home office during flight delays; personalizing the travel experience by gifting items that align with both the nature of travel and company guidelines. The role involves flexibility in adjusting schedules to flight demand to obtain optimal coverage of Owner flights, troubleshooting operational and service challenges.
 
 
 
 Tasks And Responsibilities

 Initiate and develop relationships with Owners by meeting inbound/outbound passengers to provide an exceptional and personalized service that fulfils their special requirements and needs

 Communicate with Owners during their experience at the airport regarding operational issues and service requirements to manage their expectations

 Troubleshoot flight arrivals and departures at FBO (and surrounding airports as needed). Proactively correct issues and mitigate service disruptions, keeping appropriate departments in the communication loop while minimizing pressure and diffusing situations immediately

 Communicate with flight crews regarding local process, Owner information, and assist with coordination of services at local airport

Provide vendors with advance notice of peak flight activity and daily reports on forecasted flight departure and arrival information so that the vendors can be sufficiently prepared to effectively manage NetJets' flights

 Acts as a trusted liaison for Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) through safe arrival at their destination, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience throughout.
 Proactively communicates any cabin-related maintenance concerns or irregularities to the Pilot in Command to ensure prompt resolution.
 Completes all administrative duties, including inventory documentation, service passdowns, and required crew reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
 Ensures the aircraft cabin is consistently maintained in a clean and organized state, adhering to company standards.
 Leverage innovative thinking to address complex issues, making prompt decisions in dynamic environments to drive successful outcomes.
 Other responsibilities as assigned, dependent on specific trip or operational requirements.

 Must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.
 Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage with clarity, professionalism, and poise.
 Proficient in personal computing, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
 Must be able to occupy assigned jumpseat and secure required safety restraints in accordance with FAA regulations without modification. Must be able to maneuver safely within aircraft cabin dimensions and operate emergency exits.
 Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
 Must demonstrate exceptional adaptability and the ability to perform in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
 Must be able to manage personal rest effectively in preparation for active duty throughout the duration of each tour.
 Flight duty periods may last up to fourteen (14) hours daily over an eight (8) day period, crossing multiple time zones and varying climate conditions.
 While on duty, must be willing and able to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights, with accommodations provided.
 Must be eligible to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials.
 Must successfully pass all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screenings and obtain required airport and U.S. Customs clearances.
 Must possess a valid passport and maintain the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
 Must hold a valid State-issued driver’s license.
 Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the English language .
 Must exhibit a highly polished, service-oriented appearance and demeanor, with the ability to create positive first and lasting impressions and engage effectively with Owners.
 Must possess superior oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure or in high-stakes situations.
 Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with acute attention to detail in both technical and service-oriented matters.
 Must be able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
 Must be comfortable working around animals, including providing care and attention during and surrounding Owner flights.
 Must maintain required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire.
 Must successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.
 Prior experience in premium or luxury service industries
 Familiarity with high-touch service environments such as private aviation, yachting, Michelin-starred dining, or concierge services.
 Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts
