Purpose of Position</b></h2>
</div><div><p>
The Employee Experience Specialist supports the design and execution of Employee Experience programs that enhance the employee lifecycle and strengthen engagement including but not limited to: listening strategies, engagement surveys, voice of customer surveys, passive listening mechanisms, and recognition programs.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Tasks and Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Listening Strategy: Support ongoing maintenance and provide recommendations to optimize and enhance the NetJets Listening Strategy. Assist the development of experience maps for key employee groups</li>
<li>Global Engagement Survey: Partner with cross-functional team-members on the execution of the global engagement survey and pulse surveys</li>
<li>Ad-Hoc Surveying: Design, develop, and deploy voice of customer surveys, feedback surveys, and post-implementation surveys</li>
<li>Analysis and Reporting: Continuously and on an ad-hoc basis, analyze survey feedback for trends and themes and proactively provide recommendations to stakeholders</li>
<li>Passive Listening: Develop passive listening mechanisms to enhance the NetJets Listening Strategy</li>
<li>Project Coordination: Support the execution of employee experience initiatives by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation</li>
