We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven SEO Executive to join our on-site team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in link building, on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and blog/content suggestions. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to improve organic visibility, drive traffic, and enhance search rankings.Key Responsibilities Link Building &amp; Off-Page SEO<ul><li>Execute high-quality link-building strategies (guest posts, directory submissions, niche edits, broken link building, etc.)</li><li>Identify new backlink opportunities to improve domain authority.</li><li>Monitor backlink profile and ensure link quality.</li></ul>On-Page SEO<ul><li>Optimize website pages including meta tags, headings, internal linking, image optimization, and schema markup.</li><li>Make recommendations for on-page improvements based on SEO best practices.</li><li>Work with developers/designers to implement SEO changes.</li></ul>Technical SEO<ul><li>Conduct regular technical audits (crawl errors, indexing issues, site speed, mobile optimization, sitemaps, robots.txt).</li><li>Identify and fix technical issues impacting organic performance.</li><li>Work with the dev team to implement technical enhancements.</li></ul>Keyword Research &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Perform detailed keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Moz, etc.</li><li>Identify keyword gaps and new ranking opportunities.</li><li>Develop keyword strategies for landing pages &amp; blogs.</li></ul>Content &amp; Blog Suggestions<ul><li>Suggest blog ideas based on trends, keyword opportunities, and competitor analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content.</li><li>Review and optimize blog content for better ranking.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track keyword rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports with insights &amp; action items.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google updates, and industry changes.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Proven hands-on experience in link building, on-page SEO, &amp; technical SEO.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console, Analytics, Screaming Frog, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of HTML/CSS (basic level preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,168.49 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
