We are now expanding into the US with warehouses in London, OH and Dayton, NV.This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our first on-the-ground US warehouse operations. We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and entrepreneurial leader who will establish and scale our site, put their stamp on processes and culture, and play a critical role in our growth story.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and oversee all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations at our Dayton, NV site</li><li>Drive the successful set-up, launch, and continuous development of our warehouse, ensuring scalable processes from day one</li><li>Build, train, and inspire a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement</li><li>Develop and implement efficient operational processes, leveraging best practices to maximize productivity and accuracy</li><li>Ensure compliance with Health &amp; Safety and regulatory requirements, embedding a proactive safety-first mindset</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to establish KPIs, budgets, and long-term operational strategies aligned with business growth</li><li>Implement and maintain robust inventory controls to ensure accuracy and prevent stock losses</li><li>Drive warehouse automation, technology adoption, and process innovation to scale operations</li><li>Represent the US operation as a trusted local leader, ensuring excellent customer service and acting as a bridge between US and UK HQ teams</li></ul>Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven track record of managing a warehouse or distribution center</li><li>Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing, developing, and scaling teams</li><li>Demonstrated success in process improvement and driving operational efficiency</li><li>Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments, ideally within E-Commerce, Retail, or FMCG</li><li>Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP tools and data-driven decision-making</li><li>Financial acumen, with exposure to efficiencies, budgeting and cost control</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, share ideas and drive meaningful business transformations</li><li>Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset &ndash; comfortable building systems from scratch and rolling up sleeves when needed</li><li>Experience with compliance, Health &amp; Safety, and regulatory requirements in warehouse/distribution center operations</li><li>Hungry, enthusiastic, and ambitious to grow with the company</li></ul>Salary$70,000.00 + 15% BonusBenefits<ul><li>401K</li><li>Health, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</li><li>PTO &ndash; 11 Days + 11 Federal Holidays (OH)</li><li>5 Sick Days</li><li>Lifestyle &amp; Wellbeing Benefits</li><li>Net World Sports Product Discount</li><li>Learning &amp; Development</li></ul>Net World Sports Company Values<ul><li>Go above and beyond: Get stuck in and show your passion!</li><li>Ideas over hierarchy: If you have an idea, speak up!
