 Leader Engineer

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and development of wire harnesses using Lcable software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Selection of connectors, wire sections, and other crucial components based on established criteria.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration with suppliers to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of wire harness production
 </li>
 <li>
 Verification of electrical connection data obtained from suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participation in the review of electrical designs on the production line.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribution to ongoing efforts to improve wire harness design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Documentation of procedures for potential fault scenarios.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 3+ years of experience in a relative role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in using electrical design software (Lcable preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English (at least C1).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in guiding a team.
 </li>
