You should have a strong eye for detail, a solid understanding of design principles, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and design high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.</li><li>Develop brand identities, logos, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.</li><li>Work closely with marketing, product, and UX/UI teams to deliver creative solutions for web and mobile interfaces.</li><li>Prepare files for production, ensuring that all design specs, resolutions, and formats meet the required standards.</li><li>Review and revise designs based on client and internal feedback to ensure designs meet expectations.</li><li>Stay current with design trends, software, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of your work.</li><li>Collaborate in brainstorming and creative strategy sessions to develop new concepts and ideas.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.</li><li>Experience designing for both digital (web, mobile, social media) and print (brochures, banners, business cards).</li><li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts.</li><li>A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.</li></ul>Nice-To-HavesExperience with UI/UX design or web design.Familiarity with motion graphics and animation (After Effects, Premiere Pro).Knowledge of responsive design principles and creating mobile-friendly designs.Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for collaboration with web development teams.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
