Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Own complete website SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and site architecture.</li><li>Drive programmatic SEO initiatives to scale high-intent landing pages.</li><li>Optimize blog content and solution pages for traffic, engagement, and conversions.</li><li>Ensure strong AI search visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI-driven search engines.</li><li>Optimize content for AI citations, summaries, and conversational search queries.</li><li>Stay updated with evolving GEO / AI search algorithms and ranking factors.</li><li>Build and scale lead magnets (guides, templates, checklists, tools).</li><li>Create and optimize case studies focused on conversion and trust-building.</li><li>Implement content scaling strategies using AI tools while maintaining quality and brand voice.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience :<ul><li>Proven experience in SEO-led growth (B2B or SaaS preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of programmatic SEO and scalable content systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and optimization.</li><li>Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content strategy.</li><li>Experience optimizing content for AI-powered search platforms.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Manage and grow key accounts such as supermarkets, hypermarkets, and large retail chains.</li><li>Develop strong relationships with category managers and buying teams.</li><li>Negotiate annual trading terms, margins, promotions, and visibility plans.</li><li>Drive primary and secondary sales growth across assigned accounts.</li><li>Monitor sell-out performance and ensure stock availability at store level.</li><li>Identify and onboard new modern trade partners and regional retail chains.</li><li>Expand product listings and ensure placement in premium shelf space.</li><li>Launch new SKUs effectively within the modern trade network.</li><li>Plan and execute in-store promotions, display activities, and brand activations.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams for BTL activities and campaign rollouts.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.</li><li>Work closely with supply chain and distributors to ensure timely replenishment.</li><li>Track return policies, damages, and claims efficiently.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, and performance analysis.</li><li>Analyze sales data, competitor activity, and category trends.</li><li>Provide strategic inputs for pricing, promotions, and assortment planning.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies :<ul><li>Must have understanding of FMCG / Hair Colour / Personal Care category dynamics.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.</li><li>Experience handling modern retail chains (e.g., Reliance, DMart, Big Bazaar, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of trade marketing and retail merchandising.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
