 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design creatives for commercial branding, promotions, hoardings, stall branding, stage backdrops, and digital campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop key visuals, posters, and brand assets for both print and digital platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Create motion graphics and animated visual elements for videos, promos, and events
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce basic to intermediate 3D visuals, product renders, and environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Support on-ground event branding execution and promotional asset development
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with video editors, production teams, and marketing teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Should be able to edit in either of one language (Tamil ,Kannada or Malayalam )
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Software Knowledge
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Cinema 4D (basic to intermediate &ndash; 3D visuals, product renders, environments)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animations, promotional content)
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in Adobe Illustrator (logo design, vector-based branding creatives)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (key visuals, posters, photo manipulation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of commercial design language and brand consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be a Graduate
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience working with video editors and production teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of large-format design (hoardings, stage backdrops, stall branding)
 </li>
 <li>
 Location Bengaluru Only
 </li>
