Role Overview</b></h3><p>
The NTI Division Marketing &amp; Event Manager is responsible for promoting NTI&rsquo;s brand and presence at local, regional and national events, while also managing the NTI website. This role is central to amplifying NTI&rsquo;s visibility, attracting job seekers, driving lead generation, and ensuring a consistent, engaging brand experience across all channels. This position will be a hybrid role out of either the Downers Grove IL office or Manassas, VA office. Must be able to be in office on a hybrid schedule in one of those locations.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><i>
Branding, Promotion and Event Management&ndash; Emphasis on attracting job candidates and sales priorities</i></b></h3><ul><li>
Create and execute customer-focused events, building strong relationship bonds between NTI and their customers.</li></ul><ul><li>
Collaborate with NTI&rsquo;s recruiting division to support local, regional and national recruitment efforts.</li><li>
Plan, manage and execute NTI&rsquo;s participation in 20+ national and regional fiber and data center industry events annually.</li><li>
Collaborate with business development and divisional leaders to align event strategy with sales priorities and customer needs.</li></ul><ul><li>
Manage full event lifecycle for customer-focused, recruitment, and industry events including traveling to and managing NTI&rsquo;s onsite presence (up to 15% US-based travel).</li><li>
Manage NTI branded swag, giveaways, and promotional materials for events.</li><li>
Develop data-driven analysis on event performance metrics and ROI.</li><li>
Provide regular updates to senior management and NTI leadership.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Website Management &ndash; Ownership of NTI website content and analytics</b></h4><ul><li>
Collaborate with internal staff and external consultants to manage and update the NTI website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with marketing campaigns and event activities.</li><li>
Analyze analytics to drive improvements in lead conversion and engagement.</li></ul><p><b>
Brand Management &ndash; Apply consistent brand guidelines across multi-channel marketing.</b></p><ul><li>
Ensure consistent application of NTI&rsquo;s brand guidelines across all events, digital platforms, and marketing materials and update where appropriate</li><li>
Create and execute integrated campaigns (email, social, digital, print) for lead generation, recruitment and brand awareness.</li><li>
Monitor and respond to brand sentiment across channels.</li><li>
Work with design and content teams to produce branded collateral for events and digital channels.</li><li>
Monitor and enhance NTI&rsquo;s reputation through multi-channel marketing efforts, including social media.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, sociology, psychology, or related field preferred.</li><li>
2&ndash;5 years of event management experience.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Project management experience and strong organizational skills.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and time-management abilities.</li><li>
Experience with risk management and budgeting.</li><li>
Skilled in social media strategy, content, and management</li><li>
Familiarity with the data center industry is a plus.</li><li>
Experience with HubSpot and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Suite.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
