About this Position / Responsibilities:

NFF Inc is seeking a highly motivated System Analyst to join the Data Management team. In this role, the ideal candidate will work closely with the Information and Business Analytics team, stakeholders and subject-matter experts to build machine learning (ML) models, artificial intelligence (AI)<br>
solutions, configure data pipelines to integrate models with existing software and applications, and drive innovation in alignment with the organization&rsquo;s AI initiatives, as well as have experience collecting stakeholder requirements, translating requirements into an actionable plan and developing data<br>
visualizations using tools like Microsoft Power BI.</div><div><br>
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science, proficiency in machine learning frameworks, data visualizing frameworks and have experience in developing ML models and AI agents using Python, as well as being familiar with the Microsoft Azure environment.</div><div><b><br>
Position Responsibilities</b><br>
<ul><li>Design, build and optimize machine learning models and configure data pipelines to source data from various business systems.</li><li>Collaborate with functional experts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Develop and deploy models in production environments.</li><li>Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure accuracy, performance and reliability.</li><li>Work with datasets and cloud platforms to build efficient data pipelines.</li><li>Stay current with the latest research and trends in AI/ML and incorporate relevant findings into the development process.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, design discussions and team collaborations to improve overall software quality.</li><li>Develop and maintain reports based on stakeholders&rsquo; requirements by using Power BI Paginated Reports builder.</li><li>Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reports and dashboards across the organization</li><li>Assist in the configuration and management of database/system connections.</li><li>Perform other related duties and activities, as needed.</li></ul></div>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
Required Skills</b><br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Science or a related field. Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including model design, training and deployment.</li><li>Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, NLTK, SciPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, JobLib, Jupyter Notebook, scikit-learn or similar.</li><li>Knowledge of Azure subscription, Azure Machine Learning workspace and Azure App Services.</li><li>Experience with GitHub for codes version controls.</li><li>Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.</li><li>Familiarity with server-side security best practices and implementation.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-pacedenvironment.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clearsolutions</li></ul></div>
