NeuLife Rehabilitation is seeking a <b>Program Manager</b> to oversee daily operations of our Bowling Green program. This role ensures high-quality care delivery, staff coordination, and operational support within a neuro-rehabilitation setting serving individuals with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions.</p><p>
</p><p>The <b>Program Manager reports directly to the Executive Director</b> and operates under their direction. This role is responsible for executing program operations in alignment with the Executive Director's guidance, priorities, and expectations.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Execute day-to-day program operations <b>under the direction of the Executive Director</b></li><li>Coordinate and oversee <b>therapy schedules and programming logistics</b></li><li>Manage <b>appointments, calendars, and service coordination</b> for persons served</li><li>Oversee and coordinate <b>transportation for persons served</b>, ensuring timeliness and safety</li><li>Supervise, coach, and support direct care and support staff</li><li>Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (CARF preferred)</li><li>Monitor staffing schedules, coverage, and daily operational needs</li><li>Support implementation of program initiatives and operational goals set by the Executive Director</li><li>Address employee relations matters in partnership with HR and leadership</li><li>Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for persons served</li><li>Track and report key operational metrics as directed</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred)</li><li>3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or rehabilitation</li><li>Experience with TBI, neuro-rehabilitation, or similar populations strongly preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to follow direction while managing multiple operational priorities</li><li>Excellent communication and team collaboration skills</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the case management department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our patients.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>
Develop and implement case management policies, procedures, and protocols.</li><li>
Supervise and lead a team of case managers, providing guidance and support.</li><li>
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management services.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.</li><li>
Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>
Provide education and training to staff, patients, and families on case management and healthcare resources.</li><li>
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process enhancements.</li><li>

Proficiency in electronic medical records and case management software.</li><li>
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.</li><li>

We offer competitive compensation in the range of $100,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
