Job Description: Remote Website DeveloperType: Part-time (30&ndash;50 hours per month) Work Setup: Fully Remote &mdash; employee monitoring app requiredAbout the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a Website Developer who can build, maintain, and improve WordPress websites that look great, load fast, and rank well on Google. You&rsquo;ll work on site structure, performance, SEO setup, and day-to-day website enhancements.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain WordPress websites (themes, pages, plugins, integrations).</li><li>Build pages and layouts using Elementor and Oxygen Builder (and ensure consistency across devices).</li><li>Optimize websites for SEO (on-page basics, meta titles/descriptions, keywords, internal linking, schema where relevant).</li><li>Improve site speed and performance (image optimization, caching, Core Web Vitals basics).</li><li>Ensure strong mobile + desktop UX (responsive layout, accessibility-friendly patterns).</li><li>Troubleshoot issues (plugin conflicts, layout bugs, performance bottlenecks).</li><li>Work closely with our team to implement improvements, new pages, and new features.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in website development.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Elementor and/or Oxygen Builder (must be comfortable building production pages).</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how to implement them on WordPress.</li><li>Comfortable managing plugins, themes, hosting basics, and doing routine site maintenance.</li><li>Able to do simple HTML/CSS edits and troubleshoot frontend issues.</li><li>Reliable, communicates well, and meets deadlines.</li></ul>Bonus<ul><li>Able to do hard coding / custom development (HTML/CSS/JS, PHP, custom WordPress tweaks, child themes, custom templates).</li><li>Familiar with performance tools (e.g., PageSpeed insights-style debugging and fixing).</li><li>Can produce simple UI/UX layouts (Figma or Canva).</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeBenefits<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s (Required)</li></ul>Experience: 3 years (Required)Job Type: Part-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 15 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Website Management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
