Compensation and Employment Options

<ul><li>$48-$60 billable rate depending on experience</li>
<li>Equivalent of $99k to over $120k yearly if working full time hours</li>
</ul></li><li>Full-time (32+ hours) and part-time roles (15+hrs) available</li>
<li>Full-time employees qualify for comprehensive benefits after the eligibility period</li>
<li>Part-time employees are eligible for a a smaller benefit package</li></ul>

What You&rsquo;ll Do

Assessment &amp; Planning
<ul>
<li>Develop and update individualized, client-centered treatment plans</li>
<li>Create and revise skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols based on data and team input</li>
</ul>
Supervision &amp; Support
<ul>
<li>Train, support, and provide ongoing supervision to RBTs</li>
<li>Conduct competency assessments and performance evaluations for new and existing RBTs</li>
<li>Maintain efficient scheduling and consistent weekly contact with each client and their assigned RBT, maintaining supervision standards</li>
</ul>
Caregiver Support
<ul>
<li>Provide personalized caregiver coaching sessions</li>
<li>Build strong, collaborative, and trusting relationships with families</li>
</ul>
Documentation
<ul>
<li>Complete clear, objective session notes after each visit</li>
<li>Write comprehensive monthly progress reports reflecting progress, challenges, and next steps</li>
</ul>
Leadership &amp; Culture
<ul>
<li>After one year, serve as a mentor to new BCBAs</li>
<li>Communicate professionally with clients, families, and colleagues</li>
<li>Uphold NBCG&rsquo;s ethical, inclusive, and affirming workplace standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture</li></ul> 


Minimum Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field</li>
<li>BCBA, BCaBA, or BCBA-D licensure in good standing
<ul><li>If you are working on getting certified and are seeking internship opportunities, let us know!</li>
</ul></li><li>Meets BACB supervision standards (supervision available through NBCG if needed)</li>
<li>Commitment to assent-based, person-centered ABA</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)</li></ul>
