We are committed to fostering an environment of growth, innovation, and excellence in mental health practice.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for patients across various settings, including outpatient clinics and telehealth platforms.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate psychopharmacology, therapy referrals, and case management strategies.</li><li>Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, including managing side effects and adjusting dosages as needed to optimize patient outcomes.</li><li>Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, medication management, and coping strategies to promote recovery and wellness.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with certification in Psychiatry or Mental Health Nursing.</li><li>Proven experience working with diverse populations including children, geriatrics, or those requiring acute or chronic psychiatric care.</li><li>Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, diagnostic evaluation (ICD-10 coding), and treatment modalities for behavioral health conditions.</li><li>Experience in telehealth delivery models is preferred but not required; excellent communication skills are essential.</li></ul>Pay: $90.00 - $120.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Fort Wayne, IN 46804
