Position</b> <b>Summary</b>:</div><div>
Quality Assurance (QA) Manager role will assure consistent quality of product by helping develop and enforce good, automated testing practices; validate and improve processes; provide documentation; insights to the latest testing practices and technology; monitors all stages of testing during SDLC to identify and resolve defects to meet quality standards; manage Quality Assurance (QA) team.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage and help guide Quality Assurance (QA) team.</li><li>
Train and onboard new QA members.</li><li>
Proactive seeking new testing tools and strategies for the QA team.</li><li>
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.</li><li>
Design comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.</li><li>
Guide the team in any automation testing initiatives.</li><li>
Create and maintain documentation for testing processes and tools for business.</li><li>
Provide guidance in estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.</li><li>
Contact point for bug identification and classification.</li><li>
Guide the QA team in testing in different stages; features, sanity, regression, user-acceptance.</li><li>
Work with internal teams (e.g.developers and product managers) to identify testing requirements for each product</li><li>
Help investigate root cause behavior and analysis for developers.</li><li>
Report and follow up on defects logged in all system components.</li><li>
Review reports from support and feedback into the test plan where necessary.</li><li>
Maintain a positive and excited attitude so your team feeds off of that energy.</li><li>
Work with third party vendors or customers for debugging and tracking issues.</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Proficient in C#, JavaScript &amp; TypeScript</li><li>
Expertise in automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium</li><li>
Hands on SQL experience.</li><li>
Deep understanding of webservices &amp; API testing.</li><li>
Expert in test automation on web, iOS and Android platforms.</li><li>
Thorough understanding of Git branching strategies and merging.</li><li>
Experience with both white box and black box testing.</li><li>
Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and how to integrate those with automated scripts.</li><li>
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.</li><li>
Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.</li><li>
Organized, detail-oriented, accurate and thorough.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, hardworking and good team player.</li><li>
Ability to work independently.</li><li>
Knowledge of mortgage specific terminologies is a plus.</li></ul><div><b>
Desired Education/Experience</b><b>:</b></div><ul><li>
5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with manual &amp; automation testing.</li><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience.</li></ul><div><b>
Work Authorization</b><b>:</b> Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.</div><div><b>
