JOB MISSION:
As the Team Apparel Production Graphic Designer, you will lead the uniform and apparel graphic design direction, communicate that vision with impactful sales tools, and support the product-creation and sales teams in presenting concepts. 
You will have a strong knowledge of Team Sports and Uniforms and be able to provide a creative point of difference for New Balance in this category. You will be responsible for meeting key project deadlines based on process calendars and working cross-functionally with product management and development.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:<ul><li>
Design uniforms and complementary team training apparel graphics across New Balance sport categories</li><li>
Prepare final files for our partners and vendors based upon their specific set-up requirements, ensuring quality and accuracy</li><li>
Meet daily output and larger project deadlines on a consistent basis</li><li>
Create graphic templates suitable for digital customization and sublimation printing</li><li>
Preparation and layout of impactful sales tools</li><li>
Ability to research and create relevant, cohesive graphic stories &amp; systems</li><li>
Creation and maintenance of individual style pages and merchandising boards</li><li>
Present graphic concepts, sketches and designs to internal product teams, collegiate partners and management as required</li><li>
Attend cross-functional team meetings to gain a better understanding of product development and the manufacturing process.</li></ul>
REQUIRMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design and/or Fashion Design</li><li>
A preferred 2 years of relevant apparel industry experience</li><li>
Understanding of team uniforms and performance training apparel</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of graphics production (e.g., screen-print color separation, sublimation printing, apparel graphic embellishment techniques, etc.)</li><li>
Must have strong artistic ability, including drawing skills, sense of image and type, with an excellent sense of design and color</li><li>
Basic understanding of garment construction</li><li>
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, &amp; MS Office</li><li>
Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Must have a high-quality portfolio</li><li>
Boston-based or surrounding with ability to travel to Brighton, MA office three times a week</li><li>

JOB MISSION:
As an Associate Product Manager, you will support Tennis category in their execution of creating product assortments. You will work with cross-functional teams to assist in successfully developing, designing, managing, merchandising, and driving product assortments that meets business plans needs and long-term brand vision.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:<ul><li>
Assist in the category strategy and execute a business plan to support category growth, while taking into account manufacturing, cost, and market requirements.</li><li>
Participate in conducting ongoing market and trend research to gain a full understanding of the needs of the target consumer in the category in order build a superior product line. Contribute to creating detailed product line plans and marketing briefs for each season.</li><li>
Communicate goals, expectations, and responsibilities surrounding the product to the appropriate teams and to management.</li><li>
Perform data entry into product line management system.</li><li>
Prepare, support and deliver presentations to internal teams and external customers.</li><li>
Ensure data-entry integrity and maintenance of product accuracy in NB systems.</li><li>

Apparel Associate Product Manager, Tennis

This position is responsible for helping to manage the inbound/outbound North American logistics movements, as well as the Customs compliance process of all imports and exports. The analyst will work on continuous improvements in the global supply chain to achieve best practices that will assure smooth operation of our Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) and maximize freight savings and duty reduction opportunities for Warrior.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Coordinate foreign and domestic ocean, air, parcel, and truck movements while adhering to all FTZ rules and regulations.</li><li>
Work closely with Warrior&rsquo;s designated Customs Brokers to expedite issues and maintain a high-level of data integrity.</li><li>
Assist with management of our FTZ transactions and software.</li><li>
Maintain data and documentation integrity of all part numbers in our ERP, WM, and FTZ systems.</li><li>
Process freight/parcel claims and support on parcel delivery issues.</li><li>
Support Product/Operations teams in understanding freight costs and savings opportunity areas.</li><li>
Aid in management process of premium freight requests.</li><li>
Classify all products using Harmonized Tariff Schedule.</li><li>
Assist with the processing of all Duty Drawback claims.</li><li>
KPI reporting and recognition of improvement areas.</li><li>
Enforcement of Warrior&rsquo;s status with CTPAT.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with CPSIA requirements.</li><li>
System part setup and maintenance, and management of Warrior&rsquo;s HTS database.</li><li>
Maintains proper records of all USMCA certificates as required.</li><li>
Works closely with Operations to recommend areas of improvements where necessary as they pertain to changes in brokerage, logistics and classification processes.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned or as responsibilities evolve.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.</li><li>
1-2 years of experience in Customs compliance required.</li><li>
1-2 years of logistics experience working with import/export movements preferred.</li><li>
Must be very detail oriented.</li><li>
Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Self-starter who can manage deadlines.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel.</li><li>
Familiarity of Duty Drawback process preferred.</li><li>
Working knowledge of FTZ process and QAD software preferred.</li><li>
