 The Global HR Operations Leader is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing HR operational strategies across all regions to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency. This role oversees global processes, and service delivery, driving excellence in associate experience, data integrity, and operational scalability. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in HR technology, process improvement, and global workforce management.

 Strategic Leadership

 Develop and execute a global HR operations strategy aligned with business goals.

 Drive digital transformation and automation of HR processes.

 Standardize and streamline HR processes globally, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.

 Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.

 Develop and maintain global HR policies and procedures.

 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

 Compliance &amp; Risk Management

 Ensure global HR operations comply with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.

 Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risk and establish HR Governance.

 Manage centralized associate relations (i.e. NB Speak Up).
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for the oversight of employment authorization including Visa coordination (ex; I-9 US).

 Provide strategic insights through HR metrics, dashboards, and workforce analytics.

 REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;8 years of experience in HR operations, operations, or strategy with at least 2 years in a global or regional capacity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in HRIS systems, process optimization, and global compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with process improvement methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization.

JOB MISSION:
New Balance is looking for an Energy Associate Product Manager to join our growing Lifestyle team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll support the product management team in delivering the global product plan for our Lifestyle Strategic Business Unit. You&rsquo;ll work closely with cross-functional teams from project initiation, through the GTM process, and all the way to consumer purchase. The goal is to help create energy and excitement around our brand in the marketplace, especially at the intersection of sport and culture, as well as build connections with culturally relevant partners to support our Lifestyle priorities.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:<ul><li>
Under the SBU Manager&rsquo;s leadership, support on delivering Product Creation strategy that drives strategic growth and revenue for the Lifestyle category.</li><li>
Lead and manage partner relationships inclusive of product alignment, meeting schedules, and cross functional internal relationships.</li><li>
Work closely w/ Design, Product Development and packaging to drive operational excellence. Ensure product creation efforts and samples are executed well and on time.</li><li>
Influence and partner with cross-functional global teams based on market data and consumer insights. Partner with Global Marketing&rsquo;s product needs to help deliver best in class project campaigns.</li><li>
Track, monitor, and report project progress and ensure accurate information in the product management system and project tracker.</li><li>
Deliver sell in decks to the merchandising team optimizing the go-to-market process.</li><li>
Conduct market and trend research to gain a full understanding of the needs of the consumer and evolving marketplace. Cultivate industry knowledge and continually evaluate competitors to capitalize on market opportunities.</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role</li><li>
Experience in retail, merchandising, product management or product marketing within the footwear industry desired</li><li>
Ability to understand consumers&rsquo; needs and mindset as well as a passion for product within the lifestyle category</li><li>
Knowledgeable about global consumer trends and key brands/retailers/competitors</li><li>
Ability adapt and work in a fast paced environment, to work with others as part of cross-functional team, build consensus, and achieve results across a variety of distinct groups</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Strong presentation skills; confident presenting in front of large global audiences</li><li>
