JOB MISSION:
This role brings Design intention from development through production. Provide transparency and issue escalation to maintain organizational alignment to ensure product drives fit and sizing consistency and garment construction excellence. Manage complex projects at various stages through design and development, fully coordinate tasks with cross functional team members.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:<ul><li>
Responsible for accurately interpreting design&rsquo;s intent from development through production.</li><li>
Create and maintain medium complexity tech packs including garment construction, sketches, graded measurement charts, fit comments, and pattern corrections. Able to identify and correct fit issues.</li><li>
Prepare for and lead fit sessions.</li><li>
Communicate fit revisions to factories through pattern corrections and images.</li><li>
Identify potential production, quality and costing issues and make appropriate recommendations while maintaining design and fit intent.</li><li>
Track and manage workflow and ensure seasonal deadlines are met.</li><li>
Strong understanding of industry competitors, trends, and new related technologies.</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion or related major is preferred</li><li>
5+ years of experience in Tech Design, patternmaking, fitting, and specs, and grading.</li><li>
Experience and/or strong desire to learn Gerber Pattern Design and 3D Clo or related software.</li><li>
Ability to interpret medium complexity technical sketch details in tech pack and identify construction on garment .</li><li>
Understanding of development and manufacturing process.</li><li>
Fluent with grade rule calculations.</li><li>
Ability and willingness to travel globally.</li><li>
System Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint), Adobe Illustrator, PLM System.</li></ul>
Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $68,470.00 - $87,780.00 - $107,090.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

JOB MISSION 
As part of the New Balance retail leadership team, the part-time Retail Team Lead assists with duties such as opening/closing the store, driving results and delivering a world class experience for our guests. You will lead by example through New Balance&rsquo;s Core Competencies.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES<ul><li>
Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while communicating and coaching professionally with all associates</li><li>

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS<ul><li>

Strong customer service and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, which may entail working on weekends and holidays</li><li>
Ability to: lift 4 lbs. frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs. occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods of time; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently (depending on location)</li></ul>
This role will revolve heavily around managing product in a stockroom setting. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs will be a non-negotiable for this position based on the location and configuration of the stockroom.

The Product Manager of Numeric Apparel at New Balance will drive the execution of our Numeric Apparel (Skate) business on a seasonal basis, delivering a compelling range that blends most loved styles with strategic newness built with a consumer-obsessed approach. Reporting to the Collections SMM, this role is responsible for creating compelling product assortments that deeply resonate with our Skate consumers, driving internal collaboration at all points in the process.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
