JOB MISSION:
As an Associate Product Manager, you will support Tennis category in their execution of creating product assortments. You will work with cross-functional teams to assist in successfully developing, designing, managing, merchandising, and driving product assortments that meets business plans needs and long-term brand vision.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:<ul><li>
Assist in the category strategy and execute a business plan to support category growth, while taking into account manufacturing, cost, and market requirements.</li><li>
Participate in conducting ongoing market and trend research to gain a full understanding of the needs of the target consumer in the category in order build a superior product line. You will continually evaluate competitors&rsquo; businesses and the marketplace to capitalize on potential opportunities.</li><li>
Lead gathering of consumer and athlete insights. Provide feedback and suggestions to cross-functional global teams based on market data and consumer insights.</li><li>
Prepare reports as required by Senior Product Manager and Product Manager to include sales &amp; selling data, category performance, margin and market/consumer analysis.</li><li>
Contribute to creating detailed product line plans and marketing briefs for each season.</li><li>
Communicate goals, expectations, and responsibilities surrounding the product to the appropriate teams and to management.</li><li>
Perform data entry into product line management system.</li><li>
Prepare, support and deliver presentations to internal teams and external customers.</li><li>
Ensure data-entry integrity and maintenance of product accuracy in NB systems.</li><li>
Oversee sample management and organization of shipping product to internal and external partners.</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 3 years of experience in product management or retail within the apparel industry.</li><li>
Superior verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Strong presentation skills.</li><li>
Solid product and industry knowledge</li><li>
Solid knowledge of Microsoft office skills.</li><li>
Detail-oriented and highly organized.</li><li>
Passion for tennis, fashion and sports preferred</li></ul>
Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $82,000.00 - $105,800.00 - $129,600.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Apparel Associate Product Manager, Tennis

This position is responsible for helping to manage the inbound/outbound North American logistics movements, as well as the Customs compliance process of all imports and exports. The analyst will work on continuous improvements in the global supply chain to achieve best practices that will assure smooth operation of our Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) and maximize freight savings and duty reduction opportunities for Warrior.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Coordinate foreign and domestic ocean, air, parcel, and truck movements while adhering to all FTZ rules and regulations.</li><li>
Work closely with Warrior&rsquo;s designated Customs Brokers to expedite issues and maintain a high-level of data integrity.</li><li>
Assist with management of our FTZ transactions and software.</li><li>
Maintain data and documentation integrity of all part numbers in our ERP, WM, and FTZ systems.</li><li>
Process freight/parcel claims and support on parcel delivery issues.</li><li>
Support Product/Operations teams in understanding freight costs and savings opportunity areas.</li><li>
Aid in management process of premium freight requests.</li><li>
Classify all products using Harmonized Tariff Schedule.</li><li>
Assist with the processing of all Duty Drawback claims.</li><li>
KPI reporting and recognition of improvement areas.</li><li>
Enforcement of Warrior&rsquo;s status with CTPAT.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with CPSIA requirements.</li><li>
System part setup and maintenance, and management of Warrior&rsquo;s HTS database.</li><li>
Maintains proper records of all USMCA certificates as required.</li><li>
Works closely with Operations to recommend areas of improvements where necessary as they pertain to changes in brokerage, logistics and classification processes.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned or as responsibilities evolve.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.</li><li>
1-2 years of experience in Customs compliance required.</li><li>
1-2 years of logistics experience working with import/export movements preferred.</li><li>
Must be very detail oriented.</li><li>
Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Self-starter who can manage deadlines.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel.</li><li>
Familiarity of Duty Drawback process preferred.</li><li>
Working knowledge of FTZ process and QAD software preferred.</li><li>
Must be familiar with the USMCA process and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (US &amp; CA).</li></ul>
