Key Responsibilities:Insurance Cordinationg, Front Desk , Patient Handling:- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar.- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system.- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and guide patients through procedures.- Ensure patient check-in and check-out processes are smooth and efficient.Insurance Coordination:- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage before appointments.- Take approvals of patients.- Submit pre-approval requests and follow up for timely responses.- Explain insurance coverage, approvals, and exclusions to patients.- Coordinate with insurance companies via email/phone &amp; our submission/resubmission team.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and changes.Administrative Support:- Maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance data.- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the billing department.- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and insurance regulations- Assist in daily reporting and documentation related to insurance and front desk operations.
