Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting &amp; Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ERP entries, banking transactions, VAT return filing, and monthly closing. The role also includes handling Letter of Credit (LC) processes from the client side and ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations.Key Responsibilities1. ERP Accounting &amp; Financial Records<ul><li>Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP system</li><li>Pass journal entries (adjustments, accruals, corrections)</li><li>Ensure proper classification of all transactions</li><li>Keep ERP data updated and error-free</li></ul>2. Bank &amp; Payment Management<ul><li>Record all bank transactions in ERP</li><li>Perform regular bank reconciliation</li><li>Monitor incoming and outgoing payments</li><li>Coordinate fund transfers and payment processing</li></ul>3. VAT Compliance &amp; Filing<ul><li>Prepare and file VAT returns as per UAE regulations</li><li>Ensure proper VAT treatment in all transactions</li><li>Reconcile VAT reports with accounting records</li><li>Maintain VAT documentation for audit purposes</li></ul>4. LC (Letter of Credit) &ndash; Client Side Handling<ul><li>Manage and track LC transactions from customer side</li><li>Coordinate with customers and banks for:</li><li>LC issuance</li><li>Document follow-up</li><li>Payment tracking</li><li>Maintain proper LC documentation</li><li>Ensure timely realization of funds</li></ul>5. Reconciliation &amp; Controls<ul><li>Reconcile:</li><li>Bank accounts</li><li>Customer balances</li><li>Supplier balances</li><li>Identify and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Maintain supporting documents</li></ul>6. Month-End Closing<ul><li>Ensure all entries are updated before closing</li><li>Perform monthly closing in ERP</li><li>Generate:</li><li>Trial Balance</li><li>Basic financial reports</li><li>Support management with accurate data</li></ul>7. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain audit-ready financial records</li><li>Ensure proper filing and documentation</li><li>Assist during internal/external audits</li></ul>❌ Scope Excluded<ul><li>Sales invoice creation(We have another person for doing this)</li><li>Purchase Order to Purchase Entry creation(We have another person for doing this)</li><li>Credit Note and Debit Note creation(We have another person for doing this)</li><li>Sales quote and Proforma Creation (We have another person for doing this)</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting / Finance</li><li>3&ndash;6 years experience</li><li>Strong ERP knowledge (Tally / Zoho / SAP etc.)</li><li>Good knowledge of:</li><li>Bank reconciliation</li><li>VAT filing (UAE)</li><li>Journal entries &amp; closing</li><li>Basic LC process</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>UAE VAT practical experience (must be hands-on)</li><li>Good Excel skills</li><li>Strong follow-up and coordination ability</li></ul>Ideal Candidate Profile<ul><li>Practical, hands-on accountant</li><li>Strong in ERP + reconciliation + VAT + closing</li><li>Basic understanding of LC and banking coordination</li><li>Reliable and organized</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
