Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases and do word processing

Experience:

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
<div><ul><li>Administer Fine Art budget funds - balance all accounts and prepare financial reports when requested.
</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in preparation of budget and demonstrate fiscal responsibility in expenditure of funds.

Supervise and manage the school library/media center. Provide services and resources that allow students to develop skills in locating, evaluating, synthesizing, and using information to solve problems. Serve as teacher, materials expert, and curriculum adviser to ensure that library/media center is involved in instructional programs of the school.

Assist PEIMS coordinator with the planning, organization, scheduling and management of routine work activities associated with PEIMS data collections, software troubleshooting, training/orientation and technical/clerical assistance to campus PEIMS clerks and other staff members.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
