Provides quality customer service, prepares invoices, dispatches tender trucks and provides office support for the Agronomy Manager and staff.</div><div><br>
<b>
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</b></div>
<div>
Provides quality customer service to walk-in customers and on the phone.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Prepares accurate and timely invoices for all service work and products sold.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Schedules and dispatches tender trucks in coordination with plant and warehouse staff.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Assists in maintaining current pricing. Communicates pricing to other staff.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Assists in maintaining accurate inventory records for all agronomy products.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Schedules meetings for Agronomy staff.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Cross-trains with other administrative positions at the location.</div><br>
<div></div>

Follows GROWMARK&rsquo;s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.</div><br>

REQUIREMENTS</b></div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Normally requires an Asociates Degree in a business or agriculture related field or the equivalent thereof, and 2 years or more of office related work experience.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
Must have and maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license and satisfactory driving record.</div><br>
<div></div>
<div>
May be required to work extended hours during busy season.</div>
<div>
May be required to travel independently and overnight.</div>
<div>
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK&rsquo;s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.</div></div></div><div><div><div><br>
