<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">About the Role</h3>
We're looking for an HVAC Technician who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and shows up ready to be part of a team.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>
Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems (commercial and residential)</li><li>
Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including reading and using wiring diagrams</li><li>
Diagnose and service natural gas and propane systems</li><li>
Complete preventative maintenance and identify issues before they become larger problems</li><li>
Respond to service calls and emergency situations with professionalism and urgency</li><li>
Communicate clearly with customers, coordinators, and leadership</li><li>
Follow work orders, document work accurately, and ensure jobs are fully completed</li><li>
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li><li>
Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times</li><li>
Work as part of a team - supporting others and asking for help when needed</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>
Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)</li><li>
EPA Certification (required)</li><li>
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team</li><li>
Comfortable using tablets, dispatch systems, and digital work orders</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 24 feet</li><li>
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation</li><li>
Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">

$30 &ndash; $40 per hour, based on experience</li><li>
