We partner with home-health agencies, long-term care facilities, and outpatient clinics to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care that drives optimal healing and improves quality of life.Locations: Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding areasPosition OverviewWe&rsquo;re seeking dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioners to join our team. Create your own schedule&mdash;providing advanced wound care with no weekend or holiday call.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive wound evaluations (size, depth, tissue type, exudate, periwound condition).</li><li>Develop and update evidence-based wound care plans per current clinical guidelines.</li><li>Apply advanced modalities including negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT),advanced dressings, biologics, and debridement techniques.</li><li>Monitor for infection and adjust treatments as necessary.</li><li>Educate patients and caregivers on wound-care techniques, nutrition, and pressure-injury prevention.</li><li>Accurately document all patient encounters and treatments in our EMR system.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to state regulations, CMS guidelines, and agency policies.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Active NP license in Oklahoma with prescriptive authority(Physician Assistants accepted)</li><li>National NP certification (ANCC or AANP)</li><li>BLS certification</li><li>Minimum 1 year of wound-care experience preferred (prior experience as a medical-surgical nurse or ICU nurse will be considered)</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within assigned metro areas</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Contract Details<ul><li>Pay: $150per patient visit</li><li>Schedule: Create your own schedule (Monday&ndash;Friday coverage; no weekends orholidays required)</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $150.00 - $200.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
