<div><div>Administers and supports daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstation, file servers, and web servers.<br>
Duties typically involve the installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation.<br>
This administrator will maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services.<br>
This Administrator trains staff on software applicable to their position, assists customers with information technology, monitors system configuration (hardware and software), and provides instruction on computers and applications.<br>
Other responsibilities include:<br>
<li>Monitor existing systems to ensure structural integrity</li><br>
<li>Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software</li><br>
<li>Install and configure operating systems and other software and routinely test installed software for glitch detection and other issues</li><br>
<li>Provide technical direction to IT support staff</li><br>
<li>Ensure constant availability of technical resources</li><br>
<li>Design and implement security systems and redundant backups to maintain data safety</li><br>
<li>Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention</li><br>

<div><div>Education and Work Experience Requirements:
</div></div><br>
<div><div>Due to customer requirements, U.S Citizenship is required and there are NO exceptions.<br>
<br>
Bachelor's level degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.<br>
<br>
A current USG issued &ldquo;SECRET&rdquo; security clearance (or interim) is required AND must be maintained. Personnel may be required to obtain and maintain a TS clearance.<br>
<br>
A CompTIA Security+ certification.
<br>
<br>
Salary: the expected salary range for this position is $70,304 to $87,360 but is subject to change.</div>
