**Key Responsibilities:**
<ul><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently and minimize downtime.</li><li>Conduct repairs and troubleshoot machines, electrical systems, and other facilities equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with other maintenance team members and departments to optimize systems and processes.</li><li>Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent.</li><li>Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for specialized repair or servicing tasks.</li><li>Continuously assess processes, identify potential areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.</li></ul>

**Qualifications:**
<ul><li>Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong technical skills in machinery operations, repairs, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as required.</li><li>Relevant certification or technical degree is a plus.</li></ul>
