Do you have at least 5 years of experience in an independent escrow company? Amazing! Got DFPI clearance? Perfect! If you&rsquo;ve already got a book of business, then you&rsquo;re one step closer to joining our growing team in sunny El Segundo.<br>
<br>
If you&rsquo;ve got experience with industry software like QUALIA or RBJ, you&rsquo;re already ahead of the game. Your communication skills? Top-notch. Your customer service? Legendary.<br>

<b>YOU WILL BE</b><br>

As an escrow officer, you&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for opening new escrows, coordinating with lenders, dealing with title companies, and guaranteeing everything goes off without a hitch. Whether residential, commercial, or refinance transactions, we want someone who can easily handle it all.<br>
<br>
Of course, your job won&rsquo;t just stop at paperwork (as exciting as that can be). You&rsquo;ll need to smooth over title issues, handle tricky lien situations, and be the hero of every real estate deal. You&rsquo;ll make sure closing dates are hit and all the necessary documents are in, signed, and ready to go to check that every &lsquo;i&rsquo; is dotted and &lsquo;t&rsquo; crossed. Let&rsquo;s face it &mdash; without you, these deals don&rsquo;t happen.<br>
